It’s a good tv and especially a good gaming monitor

great 2160p for a small TV, it does need to be in a well lit room though

Overall good tv. Using as a monitor currently for virtual learning. HDMI constantly tries to analyze the device each time device is turned on. No setting to turn this off. Also, HDMI audio fails to work through tv for acer tablet which is dissapointing.

Picture quality is not up to standard, when viewing from the side. I expected better.

User interface in cumbersome. Nothing intuitive here. Also had to re-establish WiFi connection twice after using for 2 weeks. Picture good though. Hopefully won’t be a problem going forward.

Good TV but resolution is cut in half when connected to computer.

it's a nice looking tv, but very small; ideal use is for an office setting.

A genuine 5G television set that performs well and as designed

Perhaps I'm too picky because I've worked as a professional in the film industry for decades. I have always bought and trusted SONY products, but I wanted a 32" Smart HD TV for the bedroom. I settled on a Samsung because SONY is not going to make the 32" any longer. Huge mistake. I returned it after only 5 days of use. The backlight keeps changing and the hues keep shifting, no matter how it is adjusted. I've worked with film and editing for a long time and have never seen anything so difficult to get calibrated properly. I'll stick with SONY.

No straight Bluetooth had to buy a adapter Pic ok hard set up

Great TV for the price , I would buy another one if I needed it.

I drove 40 miles to the Tracy warehouse to pick up this TV. When to employee brought out the TV the box was taped up. I asked if this was a demo or open box item. He said no. When I got home I opened the box and the TV had no protective film, the battery was in the remote, the TV screen had fingers prints and marks all over it and the remote was dirty and oily. There is no doubt that this item was opened and either returned after use or a display model. I feel that I was cheated and misrepresented. I don’t even know yet if the TV even works properly ! I am very disappointed in Best Buy!

Product quality is ok but it seems like could be cheaper.

The TV picture is fine, but there are no operating instructions whatsoever. We are struggling trying to get it to operate correctly. It's very disappointing as there are so many features, but no way to know how to access them.

purchased two of these for my bar a couple days ago, BEWARE. after a whole day of trying to find the right screws to mount the plate to my ceiling mounts to the back of the tv's i am now waiting for screws to be delivered via mail. the owner manual is actually in correct on the info about the size screws you need. its annoying that samsung cant provide and/or just make the threads more universal like everyone else. 3 hardware stores and nobody could help. i was lucky enough to find myself on a samsung forum and someone had posted the link with screws that im hoping work. im sure the tv looks nice but if your mounting just get ready for some frustration.

I was in the market to replace my Samsung 26" LCD TV, which for the most part was a good TV, yet lacked many features. After searching the web for a couple weeks I came across the Samsung 32" Q50 series. At first I was hesitant to speed upwards to $500 for a 32" TV, when most sell on average below $200. But after picking up this TV yesterday, setting it up (which was a breeze) and watching a few movies, I have to say my money was well spent. The smart TV capability, picture quality & sound is amazing (buying a wireless sound bar is unnecessary)!!!!!!
