A Samsung Disappointment

Whenever there is a night scene on a show, the picture quality is very dark. So much so, that sometimes I can hardly see anything that is going on. I didn't realize this was a regular thing until it was too late to return it. Otherwise, I would have returned it, for sure. A salesman I talked to at the store told me that other customers have complained about the same thing. I wish I had figured this out before it was too late. I regret purchasing this T.V.

Expensive and Didn't Earn The Price

This one looks like a fog moved in on the picture. There is no sharpness or contrast to the picture. On top of that it stuck me on streaming services for an hour when I was setting it up, with no clear path to cable, which is what I have. Should return it.

I was under the impression that this TV would have excellent definition with 2,160 pixels ... that is not the case. The color is not realistic no matter what settings I have tried. I shall return the TV to Best Buy.

Remotes break and Samsung support is terrible.

Then, after 18 mos. Samsung jerks you all around and wouldn't provide help even if it was under 1 year. The remotes are junky. Don't buy.

High Priced, Cheaply Made

The back panel is so thin, Expected more for this high priced QLED. Needed 32" to fit into cabinet. Love my 65" LG OLED which is 10x better.
