lousy customer service, if even got that
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the worst customer service that have received. no check out lines to check out. had to check out at customer service desk and did not have my best buy card, the associate had no clue on how to look it up and apparently neither did the manager. the kid must have been new but the manager would not help him. I almost said the hell with this and left the tv there. There was a girl that came up and asked if we needed help when were shopping but at that time we didn't. When we did there was no one around. I got no service. It was a terrible experience. I did not want to come back. When came back the next day to get dvd player there was only one on the shelf. This store was horrible. I did not want to come back. no one knew what they were doing

Samsung sucks
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is a disaster, I use the tv for mirroring my macbook for watching movies online , etc. I now just found out it will not connect to the hdmi to hdmi as the "smart" tv tries to "control" all devices / sources connected to it. the Hdmi inputs are not simple assignable they are " active" and do not accept macbook hdmi input, further I'm beyond the return period and I spend 500 !! for something that I can't use. I bought in Vegas and I'm on a job in Carlin 6 hrs from vegas and 4 from Reno where i could buy something else the isn't so "smart" stupid !!! this is aweful . I feel terrible , at least if you buy from Costco they accept returns up to a year ! F..;.k B .. B.

Samsung Q50R
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cannot adjust treble or bass. There is no equalizer feature. Bought a Sonos Arc to improve sound quality. The Arc never connected to our wifi or this TV. I'm returning both of them. I will be very happy to have both out of my life. Between the TV and the Arc I spent at least 4 hours trying to get these two item to connect to each other and trying to find an equalizer control on the TV itself.

I can't complain the product but the service
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this TV/Monitor to double use it. I bought a CERTIFIED OPEN BOX and I received it ... BROKEN.. but not broken for transport, or damaged box... all seemed perfect until I opened. It was broken inside, the back of the monitor had the plastic damaged (not scratched), cracked. My question, what was the CERTIFICATION?.. it was approximate and for this reason I returned it w/o changing it

Dc
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As of 11/20. 2 months after purchasing it just stopped working. Given the $450 cost you would think it could be exchanged, but it is not.

Smart doesn’t mean to take control
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It seems that the TV industry is attempting to decide what providers are eligible and what providers are not regardless of the customer wants to subscribe to.

Best for gamers with a small room.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was admittedly scared when I went out for this TV since I have been researching TVs over and over again without ever feeling certain about which TV was going to be the best bet for me. I had recently been stung by the Vizio D-Series 32 inch TV that was advertised as having a refresh rate of 120hz, but was only 60Hz with its "effective refresh rate" not giving the smooth experience I was looking for. I did not want to make the same mistake so eventually, I arrived at this TV. This TV has not been too bad since I opened the box and started using it to play my HD consoles. I have a small room and I am unable to get anything large, but I wanted the best TV for the size and this TV turned out well in that regard. It's been very smooth and looks very good. However, there's a couple issues I'd like to point out, which can be fixed for the most part with enough tweaking. First, the TV is dark. It's in an eco-friendly mode out of the box so I suggest you turn that off in order to turn the brightness up to the max setting, which is plenty bright enough for most people. Second, the TV has slight issues with jutter. I've tweaked the settings a bit to lower it since it's especially bad out of the box but even after doing that, it may be slightly noticeable for some. If you're afraid of which TV to get, overall, the television is the best you can get for a 32 inch. I have yet to see another 32 inch 4k TV and gameplay will be very smooth when you hook your consoles up to it. I highly recommend purchasing it to try it out and keeping it if you like it.
