So i have had this tv for about a year before writing this. Everything about this tv is overpriced for the features available. The lack of 120hz makes gaming on current gen feel a step behind. Picture quality is great from a distance but at that distence i find you have to squint to see all the action as it is a small tv. If you are sitting close for gaming it looses pretty much all its quality. The colors did pop being a QLED as i would expect but lacked many features and setting other premium tvs carry. In summery if you have money to blow and want the best 32inch "tv" on the market in your bedroom, sure give it a go. If you are planning on using it for gaming or any kind of computer stuff (digital design/video editing/etc.) as i did. Do yourself a favor and look for a 4k moniter as you can easily find ones that do everythung this tv does and more for half the cost.

I used to have a 32 inch LG TV and then I got the Samsung 32 inch tv, massive difference. The picture and color were so crisp. I’m a gamer and play on my PS4 and I can tell the difference on the resolution. Would highly recommend to get this tv if you are a gamer. It’s also shows good resolution on shows.

The Q50 has amazing colors.
I've owed three other 32" Smart tvs that wouldn't come close to the Q50 colors and quality.
If your looking for a smaller set for your rv or bedroom I suggest picking up the Q50.

It's not a bad tv. I like the bixby link. I just wish I could completely turn off the bixby voice. Great picture and it automatically switches to my Bluetooth headphones.

Vibrant screen. Speaker quality is poor. Sometimes I need to turn the volume as high as 100 (maximum). A sound bar probably be a valuable addition. Not all apps are available so I needed to add my Roku device to the TV

Purchasing online problems

I attempted to purchase the QLED 32 inch Samsung but my valid credit card was refused. I then used a second valid credit card and this also was refused. I then used a third valid credit card and the transaction went through as it should.
I don't know what the problem with the first two cards was, but they all have reasonable limits and all monthly payments are up to date.
In the past, I have done business with Best Buy using both refused cards. Go figure!

Purchased this as I thought it being more expensive for a 32 inch, it would have great pic. The pic was not good. I tried every setting. I put in blu ray. Tried all my games that I was playing before. Tried direct tv pic. The screen looked like it had a fog. I’m easy to please too. I was highly disappointed.

This TV is full of spyware! It acts like you must have their app and network access to use it!
Also the remote doesn't have an input button but paid netflix and prime and hulu buttons.
Why is such an expensive TV such a bad customer experience?

Broken at one year! Screen will not power up. Outlet power has been checked. Manual power on does nothing.
Common problem, don’t buy.
