I ended up canceling my order. Worst customer service experience I have ever received. After three attempts of trying to deliver and hours on hold with a a worthless customer service experience I had enough and cancelled the whole order. Will NEVER order another appliance!

Bad, BAD EXPERIENCE

I bought this refrigerator back in Nov. 2023.
It was working fine for only 1 year, but then small problems started happening.
Ice maker stopped making ice, even after researching for solutions (replace ice filter, turn off then on, etc…) and after trying every solution possible, it still wouldn’t work.
After a couple of months on an early morning, my wife and I opened the freezer and everything inside was melted. Meats, Veggies, Sweet treats worth more than $1000 all thrown away in the garbage.
Do I recommend it? Absolutely not.

Had to have tech come out and have only had it a day. The freezer door wouldn't stay shut and the left top door was also not working properly. The delivery guys were in a guys were in a hurry to get done. Then it took a week to get someone out to look at it to find out it not fixable and then had to wait another week to get the new one delivered. Very frustrating when your spending 2,000.00 on a new fridge

Basic (3) door stainless steel frigid. NO water to leak. Plastic bins; drawers; No frills. Keeps items cold; Does not keep veggies crisp. Lettuce wilts quickly. Overall good item for the price

Go ahead. I dare you. Google samsung refrigerator crisper drawer cleaning. It is absolutely ret*rded. The video is great but Samsung is dumb. Had to literally break the drawer in pieces just to be able to clean it. I thought the shelf that requires removing two screws and almost breaking the glass to clean was dumb but the crisper drawer was even dumber. Never again will buy samsung refrigerator.

COMPRESSOR BAD AFTER 4 MONTHS OLD - DO NOT BUY

I am so disappointed in this. We purchased it in November and it is now March and the ice machine isn’t working and the freezer is warming up. We called Samsung and they said it would be 48-72 hrs before someone would call us to set up an appointment for service. Then they got us in a week later and THE COMPRESSOR IS BAD AND MUST BE REPLACED AND IT IS LEAKING FREON. iti four months old and completely useless. It is going to take another 3 to4 days to have it fixed. We've lost all the food in the freezer and the refrigerator. It is failing on all counts. Please, do not make the mistake of buying this!
Also, you can't clean under the shelves.

The right door doesn't close properly, so I exchange for samsung 27, unfortunately I loos $116. cause they charge me for a gift card that I won on Black Friday.
