Yes people give this fridge a bad rap because it's not counter depth. Don't buy this if you need counter depth. We have no complaints we love all the extra room. We never run out of space. The app is easy to use and change the temp on the freezer and fridge.

Love the room in this fridge. First bottom drawer freezer and living the design. 2 ice shapes are nice add. Small door shelf on right is only off thing but I found a use for it

This is my second 32 cu ft refrigerator love the size and this refrigerator has a better lay out then my first one. My family also like this refrigerator lay out also will never go back to sa small refrigerator and it very quiet and also at a great price if you have the space for this size refrigerator you will nit be disapp

I love how spacious the refrigerator is. The freezer is deep where you can store a good amount of food. Also, the ice maker is awesome because it makes big ice and nugget ice. Both of best worlds.

I owned a similar refrigerator in So CA before I moved to Oregon. I missed it terribly! I did not want a door water dispenser (I have a filtered water system in my sink) or a door ice maker, as I use little ice. Having the ice maker in the freezer is perfect. The frig is sleek, very roomy, and fits my needs perfectly!

Highly recommended this french door refrigerator. Great for a family with small children. Easy open doors with lots of storage. So glad I made this purchase.

Going from your standard top freezer, lower fridge this was the perfect upgrade. I was a little hesitant with the size, definitely a little larger footprint but now the fridge isnt full of our dogs stuff with our people food snuck into thenextra space, plenty of room for all now! The app was odd to setup, but easiest just using the link on the door jam of the fridge. It is noce to know if your teenager left the door open while you are away, that has happened more than once and the call to tell them to go back home and close the fridge has helped them not do that anymore! Only one complaint, we do not use the icemaker, but there is a small plate above what would be the ice drawer, so if you load the ice drawer with other stuff that sticks above the leel of the drawer it gets knocked off or stuck. Easy enough solution we just use that drawer space for flat meat packages. Overall, great price and size of this fridge. Not for a small space for sure, but if you need alot of space and dont care for flashy display screens and door ice, this is the perfect one.

This refrigerator was an excellent choice, it has so much room and is very well built. It looks sleek and will look good with any kitchen decor.

Sooooo much space. This fridge has su much space, easy to operate& its connected to my phone so when i need more ice than normal, there's a setting for that.

Runs quiet. Took a couple of days to make first batch of ice, then it has been doing great since. Makes small amounts of ice per day, but has 2 ice makes which makes it better. Purchased without water and ice despenser, love not having mess to worry about.

After third dead compressor in my 9 years old LG fridge, I decided that it was a time to buy a new refrigerator. After thorough researching I decided to give Samsung a chance. At first, fridge was spacious and looked good but had much cheaper feel than my old LG (lighter doors, not as smooth rolling of drawers etc) but, well, as long as it works, I am fine with it. It worked great the whole first week, then I noticed that ice is melted together in the large chunk and my icecream felt too soft. I placed termometer to both fridge and freezer compartment and noticed really wide fluctuation in temperatures in both compartments but the freezer was started to go down the hill very quickly - after a week temp in freezer did not go below 18 F (although it was set at 0 F). I called Best buy and they send a tech to my house the next day. He recommended not to go into repair (thank you Paul for that advice BTW) but request exchange since I was still under 15 days return policy. Best Buy processed replacement with no problem and got a new fridge in no time. What do you think? this fridge's freezer was not cooling below 18 F for 3 days after installation (and did not produce any ice). I filled it with water bottles (as was recommended by tech not to keep fridge empty and let it reach and maintain the temp. I did not help. Ok, that was enough, I returned the fridge to Best buy and purchased a different brand. Best Buy was very prompt in processing return and picked the freezer in timely manner. So, I suggest to stay away from this fridge if you do not want to shuffle fridges to and from your house on weekly basis.

I love the refrigerator. I researched it a lot and settled on this one. I did have a couple problems with the picking up the old refrigerator. Turns out it was my fault for not clicking the tab to pick up the refrigerator. Best Buy was great. They actually came back and picked up my old refrigerator for free. I was so happy with them that I went and bought a tablet from them also. My daughter said it's a great tablet.
