Had my refrigerator delivered this morning. The guys were very happy to help and answer any questions I had. They were very polite. This is one of the reasons my wife and I shop at Best Buy stores.

delivery guys were 100% professional and friendly.

Love the refrigerator! Only thing weren't happy with was NO levelers in the back. We had to use wood to adjust the rear.

So far very nice. And the dishwasher is amazing. Very pleased.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. First one I purchased brand new, delivery and hookup went great. 24 hours go by, hotter in the fridge than in my house. Never worked. BB unfortunately told me I had to wait about a week for another fridge. Fine. Replaced same fridge, model, etc. within a week, the main board to the fridge stopped working. Geek Squad came out, took it apart, told me it would be more expensive to repair than replace. So I went with a non-Samsung fridge. Which still hasn’t arrived.

I have told family members, friends, and everyone that needs appliances that Best Buy is the best place to get it. Y’all always on time y’all work neatly and very respectable love y’all work. Will be getting other appliances very soon.

I am really satisfying with my Samsung 32 cu. ft 3 door. It is perfect for a big family of 6. Great quality and not expensive at all.

Excellent refrigerator highest quality. I love the alarm when refrigerator door isn’t shut all the way.

LOVE the fridge, had the older version of this, newer one has so much more space inside, lighting is great. Major downside, the doors don’t close independently, so you can open the left, but to shut it you need to open the right door. Very odd.

Very large capacity.just don’t have ice maker on the door

This is exactly what I wanted and needed! Who would’ve ever thought I’d have a brand new kitchen and all brand new Samsung appliances along with my 3 Samsung TV’s! I am at a lose for words with how extremely happy I am with my purchases.

So far we are loving it. I was a little anxious about the delivery due to some negative reviews i had read, but our delivery went so very well. They were efficient, patient and did an amazing job.

As expected. Set up was smooth and efficient. Techs did a solid job.

Upon removing the plastic from parts of inside refrigerator I discovered scratching on the door of the small storage compartment. Is it possible to receive a replacement part? Thank you
