    Very spacious shelves! Nice looking. The light is not very bright. Cheese drawer is very narrow.

    I bought this refrigerator back in Nov. 2023. It was working fine for only 1 year, but then small problems started happening. Ice maker stopped making ice, even after researching for solutions (replace ice filter, turn off then on, etc…) and after trying every solution possible, it still wouldn’t work. After a couple of months on an early morning, my wife and I opened the freezer and everything inside was melted. Meats, Veggies, Sweet treats worth more than $1000 all thrown away in the garbage. Do I recommend it? Absolutely not.

    Samsung refrigerator beware

    Go ahead. I dare you. Google samsung refrigerator crisper drawer cleaning. It is absolutely ret*rded. The video is great but Samsung is dumb. Had to literally break the drawer in pieces just to be able to clean it. I thought the shelf that requires removing two screws and almost breaking the glass to clean was dumb but the crisper drawer was even dumber. Never again will buy samsung refrigerator.

    Basic (3) door stainless steel frigid. NO water to leak. Plastic bins; drawers; No frills. Keeps items cold; Does not keep veggies crisp. Lettuce wilts quickly. Overall good item for the price

    Had to have tech come out and have only had it a day. The freezer door wouldn't stay shut and the left top door was also not working properly. The delivery guys were in a guys were in a hurry to get done. Then it took a week to get someone out to look at it to find out it not fixable and then had to wait another week to get the new one delivered. Very frustrating when your spending 2,000.00 on a new fridge

    Purchased the Samsung 31.7 cf French door refrigerator the end of November. One week later the freezer QUIT WORKING!!! Lost all of my Food. 2 wks later the whole unit is NOT COOLING!! This is a piece of Junk DO NOT BUY IT!!

    COMPRESSOR BAD AFTER 4 MONTHS OLD - DO NOT BUY

    I am so disappointed in this. We purchased it in November and it is now March and the ice machine isn’t working and the freezer is warming up. We called Samsung and they said it would be 48-72 hrs before someone would call us to set up an appointment for service. Then they got us in a week later and THE COMPRESSOR IS BAD AND MUST BE REPLACED AND IT IS LEAKING FREON. iti four months old and completely useless. It is going to take another 3 to4 days to have it fixed. We've lost all the food in the freezer and the refrigerator. It is failing on all counts. Please, do not make the mistake of buying this! Also, you can't clean under the shelves.

    The right door doesn't close properly, so I exchange for samsung 27, unfortunately I loos $116. cause they charge me for a gift card that I won on Black Friday.

    Avoid buying at Best Buy

    The refrigerator is great. BEST Buy service should be called BAD BUY!!! 4 times a delivery was canceled with no reason given. Then they wanted us to pay $600 before they wouldcancel our order and refund our money. I recommend the fridge but strongly urge you to buy it elsewhere!!!! I cannot stress this enough!!!

    Got it home hooked it up and o e maker started to work then quit and had to call samsung they said oh yes there’s a reset button on ice makers so we reset hoping it take care of it. It worked and quit again and we rest again and it worked and quit again all with in first week we had it so we took refrigerator back to Best Buy and bought whirlpool brand instead and haven’t had any trouble with that one at all. Buy whirlpool kitchen aid or Maytag brands they’re all same manufacturer ask tech that work on them they’ll tell the same thing samsung no good

    Died in 6 months - Samsung warranty is a nightmare

    We got our unit 6 months ago on sale and after 14 days we have gone from “we’re sending the parts out for repair” To “we don’t know if the parts shipped or have any info” To “how about we just replace it” To “we can’t replace it because it’s apparently a recall unit” To “how about we give you a refund that won’t replace to model” To “no! You have no other option than taking this refund” And we still haven’t gotten our refund yet… the refrigerator worked fine when we had it but just know that working with Samsung will be a frustrating and length process

    This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with an appliance purchase. Best Buy delivered a Frigidaire refrigerator that was non-functional, and their proposed solution was beyond unacceptable—they expected me to wait from December 2023 to the end of April 2024 for a resolution. When I rightfully expressed my dissatisfaction with this timeline, they mishandled my order entirely. I was forced to make three separate trips to the store and speak with four different representatives, only to have the refrigerator exchanged for a cheaper model. The level of incompetence and inconsistency in their customer service was staggering. I will never again consider purchasing anything from Best Buy after this experience.

    Malfuctioning ice maker and freezer after 5 months

    I have had this item since Nov 2023 and now it is already having problems the ice no longer works and the freezer does not stay cold enough. IT is hard to get help from Samsung they have been difficult to get service with. Today I have been on the phone from 5 pm and it is now 10.18 pm and I have yet to get a service request registered . I hope that I will be able to update that they will infact provide service .
