Horrible experience at Fairfield outlet store #2695.
I went to purchase an open box refrigerator in person. Took few hours to drive, to inspect each floor model. Finally, I found what I wanted, and paid for the model I liked. I also took pictures. It's an open box so refrigerator was at the store. I paid for 5-year warranty, water kit(BestBuy agent added), $100 delivery fees, $59.99 haul the old unit, $24.99 for installation. Credit card was charged. Next day to my surprise I saw the order has only delivery fee $100 and water kit. No refrigerator. But my credit card was charged for $1xxx.xx I contacted BestBuy via chat. Awful customer service. Talked to 6 chat agents whose job was to transfer me to someone else in order not to investigate what happens with refrigerator itself. They accused me that I cancelled refrigerator myself. How dare it could happen I paid $1xxxx and $100 delivery for nothing????
One of the chat agent assured me that I was refunded all amount. I was not.
That shady store (or the sale agent who told me he make way more outside of the store) charged me thousands for nothing.
Avoid Fairfield store in CA. #2695.
And avoid horrible customer service via BestBuy chat. All they did transfer me from one agent to another.
I gave 9 consequences call to Fairfield store. Noone answered. I gave call to BestBuy support. At least via phone call to BestBuy I got promise to refund me money "next billing cycle". If BestBuy cancelled my order, why not to refund me immediately. Why next billing cycle?
I am still not clear whether that particular store(sales person) were scamming me and charging $100 delivery fee for water kit that they added themself for refrigerator.
Or whether BestBuy system canceled in person order due to refrigerator price was changed the next day. If the last one BestBuy, your prices change often. How I am supposed to buy from you?

The refrigerator and freezer don't work, they don't give the correct temperature, and the system is guaranteed and is not responsible for the loss of electricity. If you want to lose your food and money, don't buy it. It's a real headache, and neither Best Buy nor Squash guarantees it.

Some Design Changes Needed

This refrigerator and the delivery/set-up couldn't have been better. The refrigerator itself is spacious and the stainless steel construction is very resistant to stains, smudges and streaks. The two biggest drawbacks are the lack of adequate interior lighting and the door shelf adjustment levels. The door shelves are not quite as deep as the need to (could) be and they lack one or two different height adjustments, because a couple of standard height bottled items are just slightly too tall to fit in either of the middle shelves. Not sure why this was accounted for, but it's always the little things that seem to mess up what is an otherwise quite nice appliance.

Great refrigerator! Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The only thing I wish was different would be the ability to change the heights of the shelves. The top shelf doesn’t fit a standard size water bottle so I have to split storing beverages on the top shelf and anything taller than that on the bottom. Not a huge deal at all but just for reference.

We've had this refrigerator for about two months and we're very happy with it! It's rough trying to shop based on reviews because they all have some scary reviews. We went back and forth on a lot of models and then chose this and held our breath. It has lots of great features but it really does what it's supposed to - keep our food cold and make ice and keep some of it frozen - very well. It also looks great and feels roomy.

Really large and nice looking. I took off a star because the shelves in the doors and on the inside did not have has many options as our last fridge. My family really likes the 2 different size ice cubes. I hope this one lasts longer than my last Samsung fridge (a bit over 5 years). It had a broken ice maker and the condenser was going (could not keep cold enough).

Our fridge went out and we had to replace it and so far this is the perfect fridge. We have had it two months and I love the two different ice cubes it makes, how it keeps it organized and that it's in the freezer and not the ice maker outside the fridge which gets moldy. The space in the fridge is roomy and perfect for our family of 5. So far, so good. We really have been enjoying it!
