Love it!! I love that it says the internal temp. The ice is great, having two size options. I love the slim drawer at the bottom of the fridge!

The refrigerator and freezer don't work, they don't give the correct temperature, and the system is guaranteed and is not responsible for the loss of electricity. If you want to lose your food and money, don't buy it. It's a real headache, and neither Best Buy nor Squash guarantees it.

Bought this fridge about a month ago and the shelves are already bowing in. Mind you I haven’t even loaded the shelves with a lot of stuff. I have a 10 year old fridge that’s shelves are flawless. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star review is because it still works I guess.

So much room, I feel like we can nerver use all of the space! I do wish the shelves had more adjustabilty

Horrible experience at Fairfield outlet store #2695. I went to purchase an open box refrigerator in person. Took few hours to drive, to inspect each floor model. Finally, I found what I wanted, and paid for the model I liked. I also took pictures. It's an open box so refrigerator was at the store. I paid for 5-year warranty, water kit(BestBuy agent added), $100 delivery fees, $59.99 haul the old unit, $24.99 for installation. Credit card was charged. Next day to my surprise I saw the order has only delivery fee $100 and water kit. No refrigerator. But my credit card was charged for $1xxx.xx I contacted BestBuy via chat. Awful customer service. Talked to 6 chat agents whose job was to transfer me to someone else in order not to investigate what happens with refrigerator itself. They accused me that I cancelled refrigerator myself. How dare it could happen I paid $1xxxx and $100 delivery for nothing???? One of the chat agent assured me that I was refunded all amount. I was not. That shady store (or the sale agent who told me he make way more outside of the store) charged me thousands for nothing. Avoid Fairfield store in CA. #2695. And avoid horrible customer service via BestBuy chat. All they did transfer me from one agent to another. I gave 9 consequences call to Fairfield store. Noone answered. I gave call to BestBuy support. At least via phone call to BestBuy I got promise to refund me money "next billing cycle". If BestBuy cancelled my order, why not to refund me immediately. Why next billing cycle? I am still not clear whether that particular store(sales person) were scamming me and charging $100 delivery fee for water kit that they added themself for refrigerator. Or whether BestBuy system canceled in person order due to refrigerator price was changed the next day. If the last one BestBuy, your prices change often. How I am supposed to buy from you? Attached picture of refrigerator and receipt (corrected to hide sensitive info). I can't attest how refrigerator works as I never got it.

The fridge is not the best fridge that they recommended me , plus I complained to customer service but they seem not to care about my issues.

Beautiful refrigerator, It has lots of room in the refrigerator and freezer. It runs very quiet . The ice maker makes two sizes of ice cubes. This is the best freezer I have owned in over thirty years. So far very happy.

We've had this refrigerator for about two months and we're very happy with it! It's rough trying to shop based on reviews because they all have some scary reviews. We went back and forth on a lot of models and then chose this and held our breath. It has lots of great features but it really does what it's supposed to - keep our food cold and make ice and keep some of it frozen - very well. It also looks great and feels roomy.

Bestbuy delivery and haul away is quick & professional, and they inspected everything & took pictures prior to installing stainless steel water line. This Samsung 32 cu ft Mega Capacity Refrigerator is the largest Home Kitchen Refrigerator with the lowest price. It cools everything very fast, and it is super quiet. And it makes 2 sizes / shapes of ice in late evenings. Can be controlled using both Apps or hardware buttons. Beside tons of space on shelves, i could fit a lot of stuff on both doors too with this model (no ice maker on door). Samsung new compressor should last 10 years. (Could not figure out how to lower then front wheels, so it will be easier to pull the refrigerator out)

Samsung 32 cu ft 3-door smart refrigerator is a well-designed high-end, french-door refrigerator with an dual auto ice maker in the freezer. The temperature controls can be set using your cell phone. The fingerprint free stainless steel is sleek and easy to clean. This refrigerator has a lot of space including side shelves and 2 large capacity drawers for veggies and fruits. The simple design adds more space inside and we are worry free about the ice maker breaking as it did with our last non-Samsung refrigerator only after 13 months. so far we LOVE IT.

What I like: The SIZE! We love this refrigerator. It has great storage (50% more than my last one. The doors hold milk containers and juice, which really helps. Everything is easy to see. I did not want a water dispenser because of all the mess and problems that go with the water. So all of that space in the door that would have been used for water is open for more food storage. A big bonus. The double ice maker is nice. I am not sure of the purpose. But the grandkids think it is fun. It keeps up with our needs. And I like the arrangement of the lower freezer drawers. They are easy to organize and access. What I don't like: I wish the shelves and door containers had more options for locations. The positions are very limited. Tall items will need to be in the lower door containers or you will need to give up half the retracting shelf to accommodate the tall pitchers. The doors are also very thick. Because of where my refrigerator is located, we have to pull the refrigerator out a bit, otherwise we cannot fully open one of the doors. That is something that never crossed my mind. Nevertheless, I would still select this refrigerator. My question: Durability/reliability. It is too new. I do not yet know how reliable this refrigerator will be, but I have heard good things from a family member who purchased a similar model.

This refrigerator is just awesome! Looks elegant inside and out. There is so much space and arrangement style. Space is wide and deep, allowing for so much groceries and leftovers containers. The freezer is amazing with an added bonus top compartment for the ice maker and trays on the side for items like ice cream and so on.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator! It’s truly top tier, super spacious, quiet, and keeps everything perfectly fresh. The design is sleek and modern, and the cooling system works like a dream.
