The staff at the store were super nice.

Bestbuy replaced it with new one, and no problem so far.

Great addition to my work from home set up. Took me a couple minutes to figure out how to navigate the settings but once I had them down it was easy to make adjustments.

It was in stock at the warehouse. I am disabled recovering from a broken hip and had a BB Geek Squad unbox and install it.

Drove 40 mins each direction to pickup, Got it home and the corner of the screen so broken. It was badly packaged so im assumjng it broken when it was moved around the store. Might be a nice monitor but broken is broken. Second bad experience i have had buying Open Box at Best Buy.

Gave it an average rating because it's only a decent monitor but you do have to go deep into the settings to adjust the black values and some annoying flickering (despite trying several HDMI cables). I'm still using it after a year but again, once you figure out how adjust the settings, you'll like this monitor for general use.
