    I purchased two of these monitors after reading positive reviews and returned both. The first suffered from connection issues which would cause the screen to go black at random times. So I returned it and got a replacement. The second monitor had the same issue, plus would randomly flash white across the lower third of the screen. The longer this went on the worse the screen coloring got. Particularly with the color red & blue. Colors started bleeding around text causing a halo effect that made general use extremely rough on my eyes. So I returned the second one. In the end I purchased the Samsung U32J590 and am much happier (although I wish the stand was shaped different).

    This monitor is ok at tve price bit lacks contrast and depth. Colors are not great. HD seems useless. Not great for video or games. It's fine for word processing email etc. Adjustments that must be made from the pad underneath the front of thr monitor are impossible to see and difficult to use. Ok but disappointed.

    The Samsung A700 Series 32” monitor makes an excellent choice for those looking to move to larger displays. My favorite feature is the virtually borderless design allowing my streaming media and games to dominate the screen. Support for HDR10 is a bonus for watching content that supports this feature. The included monitor stand does not support height adjustment and it does not swivel left or right, only tilting upward. Cable management consists of wrapping your cables around a string of plastic attached to the display, a less than elegant solution to an otherwise visually pleasing display. If you need more flexibility with placement or height, the monitor does support VESA mounting. Overall this thing is a joy to use.

    it probable is a good monitor for most people, but not for me so I returned it the next day. Guess I was spoiled using my TTV for a monitor... no glasses needed with the TV

    Picture was too dark. I purchased the monitor because of the HDR option, however with it on games were almost unplayable. Trying to use it for office work was also not that great. I returned it.

    grey and washed out

    The one i got looked grey and washed out so I returned it. Went over to the floor model to see if it's any better and it looked to have the same issue. HDR content looked okay at best but for any non-hdr content it's unusable.

    This is an excellent monitor at a good price. I didn't need anything fancy or with bells and whistles that would cost more. It was very easy to set up on my Apple Mac Mini M1. It's most convenient for me to run both of my 4K monitors at 2560 x 1440, because the text doesn't get too small for my aging eyeballs. I can switch to 4K in half a minute. I've had nothing but good service from Best buy. I've had the monitor for three weeks, but I expect a long life. Count me pleased.

    This was an open box item. There were no legs or remote. When I got it home, the unit had been so badly damaged the display was unusable. The store gave me a store credit, so I bought one in the factory carton!

    ...Simply Average. The best thing about this monitor is its size. It's really big and I love that. Setup was simple. You just need a little screwdriver to screw the 2 included screws into the monitor and the base. Then use the included HDMI cable, and ;fire it all up! Speaking of the base, it is lacking... in that you cannot adjust the height. At all. It just allows for a little tilt. I used it with my laptop and compared the quality. My laptop is a simple 1080p. The colors produced by the monitor are very vibrant and more true to color. BUT, the picture is very soft (not sharp). It was a little bit better with still pictures.. at times. It was best with documents and text. In this case, the fonts were nice black and sharp. I did a zoom/teams meeting on it and it was just fine (and soft). I played some videos and they were soft. Again, the color was more true to color and vibrant (or at least more vibrant), BUT soft. The softness was a turnoff for me. Setting buttons are on bottom of the monitor. I am fine with the placement. When it comes down to it, for me, it is size vs. quality of picture. The former gets a big thumb up (I love it!); the latter gets a thumb down (disappointing). So to me it is an average monitor. I don't know if I would recommend it because of the price. I truly don't know. I'm on the fence. Peace.

    wow, this was a terrible monitor for my M1 Mac Mini. Poor resolution, did not turn on when the computer woke up and really too small in practice.

    An above average monitor for the money

    The monitor is great and clear, but the hardware and stand when I initially put it together failed and made me almost drop the monitor if I wasn't holding on to it. The stand is basically held on by one philips screw. Not very convincing, but I eventually got it on tight and made sure this second go. The unboxing was pretty conventional. The inclusion of a HDMI cord is very well received. I didn't want to hunt around for an HDMI in the house if I didn't need to. When plugged into the gaming laptop to test, there was no adjustments necessary. Maybe increase the size to 150% but other than that it works great. The button layout is a bit odd because you cannot see the layout of the buttons. It's a button layout you see on remotes but on monitors, it's not really standard. Because of this, I give it a 4 stars out of 5. The picture is good and and hi def, but it's not something I haven't seen before. The size is decent and gives more real estate to work or play. The inclusion of a headset port is welcomed when there are no onboard speakers. There's no fault really or negatives other than the button layout but that is pretty much subjective.
