Great 4k Monitor, only complaint is it looks a little old school.

Monitor is a definite improvement over replaced HD monitor. Do most of computer work doing photography projects Have found that extreme close up work is easier done on my 4k laptop screen. Color accuracy is excellent but clarity less than desired. I would recommend this monitor to a friend with the aforementioned precaution

It’s just ok and that’s it. Nothing about it makes you love it. It’s not bright at all. When I set it up, I was trying to adjust the brightness and it was already at 100 %. I’ll find some use for it but I just won’t be editing photos or videos on it.

Not totally happy with it, the color accuracy is way off

1 dead HDMI in 6 months

Less than 6 months and 1 HDMI port died. First screen starts to flicker, then it’s dead. The DisplayPort and the other HDMI port work. But still, 6 months 1 dead port tells something about quality.

This is an absolute atrocious monitor for those looking to get the most out out of their xbox one s or xbox one x. You'd be better off using a 720p television that cast in 60hz then this. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible contrast level, tried many settings but the black is too dull, i am not expecting oled quality but after working on apples magic monitor for so long.. this cheap monitor is indeed cheap.

everything in this monitor just seems faded, its very dark even when brightness is at highest and screen just looks faded. I get really annoyed looking at this monitor, just faded and feels weird.

Well maybe not the fault of the manufacturer, but was damaged out of box. No box damage however when picking it up I asked the girl if she was sure this wasn’t an open box already because the tape over the box was loose and seemed not the regular seal you see. She said if it was an open box there would be a red sticker on it. Opening the box you could tell it was in fact already opened once. The cords were just in the box loosely and a page was torn out of the manual. Went ahead and plugged it up to see part of the screen was broken and about a quarter of the screen didn’t work.

This product had a great price cut that it was too tempting to pass up. Bought it, took it home, set everything up, and then turned it on. Wow, was I so very disappointed in the picture quality! I couldn't believe my eyes. It just lacked brilliance, it had a lackluster screen, literally! My first ever disappointment with Samsung. I took it back and I haven't regretted it since.

Don't be a Sucker

Ordered on their website and was delivered an open box item that didn't even work. I'd have been ok with the open box item if it had worked, but after spending most of my afternoon trying to get it to work with anything I determined it was broken.
Beware as it appears they're using online orders to clear out the junk that was already returned once.
Connected it to two different computers and my cable box and the screen wouldn't light.
The monitor is probably ok, but the business practices of this store are pretty much questionable.
Will never buy online from you again Best Buy.

Nice Monitor, but power cycles multiple times a day. Tried on multiple computers and same issue and no issues with other monitors.
Would NOT recommend this monitor.

After a year and five month the T.V. screen has gone almost black. It started diming at first I did all the steps to adjust it worked for a while and now I can barley see the screen. Worst buy ever.

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

Horrible monitor

Horrible monitor. Colors are always off no matter how much I try to adjust. Single toggle to menu rarely works. I use this attached to both my home and work computers and it is a struggle several times a day to switch between inputs. I've had it a little over a year and now the display goes black for about 30 seconds before continuing many times each day. This was an urgent replacement that I have regretted since day 1.
