So far so good with this washer. It is relatively quiet and easy to use.

I would highly recommend this washing maching. I had a GE front load washing machine that was only 3 years old and it was always broken. Love the delay start feature on the Samsung machine. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase the Samsung!!

We've owned this washer and dryer set for almost a year now and they've been great. I love that the washer motor has a 10 year warranty on it, that is very rare these days. We recently started getting an nF error message on the washer and it would not continue washing. After a little research, we learned it was from the water not filling at a proper rate, and found we had to clean a filter located on the lower front part of the unit. After cleaning the filter, no more error message! I guess it helps to read the owners manual!

I have had this washer and dryer in white for a week and love it. It's very user intuitive (I didn't have to open the manual), has some very cool features like delayed start, looks great and was for a great price. I would highly recommend this product.

We bought the set and we absolutely love them!! This is our first set of front loading washer/dryer and we are very happy with them. The 4.0 cu ft is perfect for our household, it takes half the time to do laundry.

It's a great unit, however I was very disappointed when the unit was had only 13 cycles vs. the 15 cycles that Bestbuy advertised. When I called Bestbuy about the error they would not do anything about it. Bestbuy told me to look at the Samsung website and see that it is actually has only 13 cycles. So why advertise something false and miss lead the consumer? Why not fix the error? Why not accommodate your customer? What happen to customer service? The local Bestbuy staff was rude and were not so accomodating, they would rather lose a sale/customer than satisfy a customer.This is the reason why Bestbuy is closing so many stores.

There are so many choices for wash cycles, probably won't use them all but just knowing I have those choices is great. My old laundry pair seemed slow and didn't clean the clothes like I wanted them to. I purchased the laundry set with the pedestals from Best Buy and Melissa helped me with the process. With a great sale price and her knowledge of applicances she sold me a great pair.

Samsung its a great company specially for the washer/dryer system, I am so happy with purchase, it was kind of espensive but is woth it... the only concern about it have to be with Samsung costumer service, uggg it sucks!! Imagine that I had to find another company online to help me with y issue, overall it was a good invesment...

I would recommend this washer to all my friends. I love the washer and I just bought a matching dryer. Very quiet, lots of features, outstanding performance even with the fast cycle. I rarely use the steam feature or a long cycle because it does a fantastic job cleaning even tough stains. Very efficient! Bestbuy has the best deals on the market and offers outstanding customer service; free and quick delivery.

I was skeptical to purchase another front loader. My previous front load washer did not do a very good job. Whites were beige and colors were not bright. After purchasing this unit, my opinion totally changed. Now I wonder why I didn't get one sooner.

Checked other retailers and Best Buy was the best value.

Washes great. But shakes the house when it spins on high speed. Just bought this, and came in last week. I'm replacing it. Ugh...

This Dryer looks good and works great and also got a very good deal.

I am so frustrated - not just because my BRAND NEW (LESS THAN A COUPLE OF WEEKS OLD) washing machine won't even turn on - but more so because Samsung only has one (1) qualified repair company and they cannot get to even look at the machine until next week. I tried calling other repair companies in town that I am willing to pay out of my own pocket but the problem is, Samsung has made it so difficult to purchase parts that no one else in town can repair the machine in a timely manner. If only I had talked to repair folks versus relying upon review online. BE WARNED!!! if something goes wrong, be prepared for an extensive wait. My kid is in and out of the hospital so my time is very limited, and now I have to send my laundry out to be cleaned. VERY EXPENSIVE PROBLEM TO HAVE. DO NOT BUY!! Also, I have called multiple times to customer service and they have a very lackluster attitude. I have also tried chatting and got zero response. Poor Poor Poor service.

Seems to perform well. Would like to be able to set water level.
