This washer is great. It is quiet and washers our clothes wonderfully! We placed it in our second floor laundry room and have had no issues. It is 100 times quieter than our 10 year old Kenmore top load. It is our first front load and we were shocked at just how fast they spin. It is amazing! We have had no issues with vibration.

This washer does a great job at getting clothes clean. They also smell fantastic! It is very quiet and looks good. We are very happy with this purchase.

Extremely quiet, lots of features. Can program own preferred cycle. Takes longer than a normal washed but that is ok for us. Need to leave door open after use to dry out drum. (Wish that manufacturers would include some type of "auto dry" feature for after the clothes has been removed.) We expect this washer to perform well for a long time!

I've never gotten excited when it comes to doing laundry, but I come close to it now with this washer! Clothes are fresh and clean. So far I haven't needed to spot treat stains and I don't need to do an added rinse cycle just to make sure all of the detergent is out.

We had been looking for a washer and dryer and were contemplating a front load or top load. We are so glad we went front load and love these machines. Still new but have loved everything about them. We are comparing them with our old washer and dryer that were just your basic run of the mill small top load. Great machines.

We bought our Samsung front loading washer off the showroom floor with the assistance of Plavin at my local Best Buy store. We were assured that we would have full warranty and was able to get a spectacular deal. Having it in my home has motivated me to keep my laundry caught up and I look around for stuff to wash! LOL Everything comes out so much cleaner, brighter and smelling so fresh!

We got a great deal on this washer when it was on sale. We never had a front loader before but the convenience and options are amazing. I thought something was wrong with it because it ran so quiet! The only issue we had was with the delivery. They were in a hurry to get out to their next appointment even though they were an hour early for ours. They did not fully connect the washer as they were suppose too and I had to hire a plumber to complete 4 days later....Even with this issue, it was worth the wait as I would recommend this washer highly!

I really expected more with Samsung! The rubber rim molds, the door needs left open to dry out (not safe for pets or kids) and the cold seems pretty warm.

This washer is amazing. When it came, I was a week behind in the washing, and we had gone camping. What normally would have taken a few days, was done in half a day, easily. It is gentle and gets the clothes clean. It is a bit on the noisy side when the water goes in.

I washed a king size comforter and it came out clean. I love that it saves me the trip to the laundromat. I also like that I can cut down my time doing laundry by doing bigger loads.

I am very satisfied with this product. I bought it after owning a LG (for less than 7 years) that broke and would have cost me $800 to fix the washer and $400 to repair the dryer. I bought this Samsung Washer and Dryer as an open box item at an AMAZINGLY low price. I am VERY pleased!!!!
