Love this machine! Even the wife commented on she doesn't mind doing laundry now. I even do my own laundry now, very efficient quiet machine with plenty of options and the price compared to other machines was superb.

The washer is very efficient and manages small to heavy loads equally well. Only slight draw back is that washer stays moist after a washing so must leave door open to dry out or will get musty smelling. Believe this is the case for most front loading washers.

It is easy to use, has lot of built in setup to wash different kind of items. Bedding is one of the best option, though it will take more than hour to wash. It consumes really less water than any traditional machine.

This front loading washing machine is all I could ever want. More cycles than I would ever need but certainly cycles for what I want. Steam features adds to them. Digital features easy to see. Gives length in time for cycles. Plays cute little tune! And to all that uses less water but clothes are clean! With multiple dogs the sanitizing cycle is perfect for me. Large enough to wash winter horse blankets. Bought at a great sale price. Delivery from Best Buy was the worst but the product is so great I can overlook that but will never buy from Best Buy again.

Great washer with more settings than I need,delicates are like new,wool is perfect with no stretching or knotted piles of clothes at the end,huge capacity even holds a king comforter,clothes are soft and almost dry at the end of cycle

Went back and forth about whether to get another front load washer or a top load and finally decided on this Samsung. I've been very satisfied with the features. However, it has the same issues as most if not all front load washers and must be cleaned regularly.

Bought to replace old washer in kitchen. This is very quiet and uses little water.

This washer is great. It is quiet and washing our clothes wonderfully! We have had no issues. It is 200 times quieter than our 13 year old Kenmore washer. It is our first steam washer and we love it. It is amazing! We have had no issues with vibration, washing quality or something else. Hand wash cycle is working great for all sweaters.

This washer has lots of great features at a decent price for a front loader. My only problem was that if the door does not properly close, the washer still runs (and leaks water). Other than that, it is a really good washer. Very quiet!!!

Have had this washer for about two months. Love the large capacity, the ability to steam clean, and the easy to access filter in the front of the washer.

I love this washer. Save water. The clothes are so dried after the spinning cycle. No need to dry very long in the dryer, save energy! Not very noisy.

Once again, we got this on the 4th of July sale and are very happy! great washer with all the features you could want and it's quiet! Great washer for a great price by a great brand!

My last washer and dryer only offered 3 options and ruined many items, so just about anything is a step up. That being said, this really is a good unit. I absolutely love them! The "ringtone" for the end of cycle is annoying and the soap compartment is flimsy, but aside from those small gripes, I am very pleased with my purchase. My best friend and mother are about to buy the same units, they're so impressed with mine!

This Samsung front loader is great! Very easy to use! The Best Buy sales representative and delivery men were also most helpful. I would recommend this product as well as Best Buy!

I love everything about this washer thus far. All the clothes comes out clean. I have not had to rewash anything. I also have not had any problems with my king size comforters.

Very quiet and quick clothes washer. I recommend buying the pedestal to save from bending over.

This washer replaced out 24 year old Maytag washer (which was still working!). Our dryer was giving us problems so it was time to switch out both units. I'm now wondering why we waited so long. We couldn't be happier with both units. We've had them for less than a month so we haven't had an opportunity to use all the features, or use it on extra dirty loads.

Overall, it's does a good job. I don't like the fact that the door will not remain open to allow ventilation. It has to be open completely or it swings closed.
