I would recommend this for everyone. It is high quality and the price was great (albeit it was on sale). We switched from a top loader to this and it was the best decision we made in a long time

This is an excellent washing machine with a large capacity tub.

I like this. Nice features and easy to use. the only complaint is on the noise level. It's not very noisy but I feel it could have been more silent. I have stacked both my washer and dryer but i don't think it is causing this. At times I have noticed large loads will get unbalanced and start making noise in wash cycles. once happened with my comforters. Other than that everything looks great.

Purchased this washer to replace whirlpool. The washer gets stains out better than the Whirlpool. I would recommend this washer.

I just Love my new machine. So many options for different fabrics & it is super efficient with the water and electricity. The look is awesome & getting the clothes out is so much more easy. Love, Love, Love this great machine

Had a service call in the first two weeks as water was staying in soap dispenser tray. Water valves replaced and problem solved. Excellent Service and knowledgable technician.

Great washer, loving all the options, like how it chooses the water level. Cycles take longer than my old top loader but I suppose all washers in the last few years may have extended clean time. One issue - bath rugs - if only putting a couple in there, they don't balance, so it won't spin, and you can't force a spin - so they come out soaking wet. Not sure what the solution is for that yet.

so i basicly got this half off.. do to sale and that it was a return, dents in it.. but that's cool cause my laundry is in the basement. no issue best washer. id be it again

This washer is much more quiet than our last GE washer. It also seems to get our clothes cleaner. This washer is placed on our lowest floor, but I believe this would be a quiet 2nd or 3rd floor washer because it never vibrates. The white color was ok for us. This saved us $100 on the color. It's a little confusing on what the settings mean in regards to how it cleans your clothes.

When we first used the new washer we thought it was complicated, but right away I realized it was actually so easy to use use. Since it has been 14 years since purchasing our last machine I never knew how efficient this machine really is.

Truly the best washer we have ever owned. It is quiet, easy to load and unload, and automatically senses what temperature and water amounts needed based on type of clothes being washed.

Bought a floor model at a reduced price (ding and dent) end up not being a brand new floor model but a return instead. was a bit frustrated, but the store manager exchanged the unit for a brand new in the box machine and swapped it out.

This Samsung Washer is a great product for the price, I would recommend this to all of my friends and family
