I really like my new washer. It holds more than my old washer and I'm still getting used to that. It is quieter than my old washer. This is my first washer without a spindle and I LOVE it.

Love the new features offered on this appliance, controls are bright and easy to use. Energy efficient. Please note though, these new appliances are made with deeper measurements and do not fit older home's utility rooms. Make sure of your dimensions before you purchase

We replaced a 12 y.o. front loading set and knew we wanted a top loading washer. We love how this washer cleans our clothes, how almost dry they are when we pull them out. It is great! It has some unusual sounds to get used to as it is an HE top loading washer without a built in agitator. I would buy this again.

Samsung quality has kept me coming back. This is my 4th Samsung purchase. I love the shape. Quieter than most. Easy to operate. Larry the salesman was great. Knowledgeable and friendly.

I bought this washer to replace my very old, second hand (maybe even older) washer. So far it has been a massive upgrade. It spins the clothes so close to dry that my old dryer is having no trouble keeping up with our frequency. And the nice little tune at the end of the cycle is a plus! -Very happy shopper

We were looking for a replacement for our old washer. We went to Sears and the salesman told us not to buy Samsung because they have durability issues. We believed him then went to Best Buy. We were told that Sears wants to sell its exclusive brands that's why they say bad things about the other brands.

on the $400-500 is the best washing machine I have seen, very efficient, multiple options and leave clothes almost dried at the end.

Love the new washer, washes better than any machines I ever owned. Big capacity loads and plays a song at end of cycle so you can get the next load washed. Really pleased with this buy.

Normal wash cycle takes over an hour, there is a Quick Cycle for lightly soiled clothes that takes about 30 min. This is a large washer, my queen sized comforter did not fill the machine. It weighs the clothes to determine the size of the load, but this can be overridden. It locks the lid when the wash (fill) cycle starts and you have to pause the cycle and wait for the lid to unlock in order to add additional items. To change the temperature once it had started filling I had to power off the machine. BB installed my hot and cold water backwards.

I love the load capacity of this washer and the price for such an awesome machine was incredible. The music it plays is pretty cool too.

I like this washer because it is quiet and cleans well. There are enough choices for wash cycles and I don't feel like they take an excessive amount to time. The only odd thing is the detergent dispenser. The soap pours right out so it's kind of useless.

Bought my Samsung washer as a companion to the Samsung dryer I had to purchase when old dryer died and then old washer also bit the dust a few months later. I did get the washer on sale but got no incentives from BB for reviewing. I like it very much. Does take longer to wash a load than my old one but they are so much drier when they go into the dryer so I feel I save dryer time and cost. They are very clean and it plays a little song when it is through. I would highly recommend this Samsung washer and its companion dryer. Last set I intend to buy

Sometimes I feel like the washer is great & other times I feel like it could be better. I love that there is no agitator to destroy my clothes. However I think this makes me have bigger loads which the washer doesn't spin enough. If I put a little bit to much in everything is soaking wet when it's done. Its great for smaller loads! Which is unfortunate because comforters can fit & other large items but you needs to manually go back & spin it again!

I have had this product for about a month now and am impressed with it. It has plenty of room to do large loads and is very user friendly!

Was looking for a washing machine on a budget but big enough to wash my blankets and this is it. Works great so far and so easy to use! Worth it and affordable!

This washer is easy to use and meets all the needs of my family. Love the large capacity - nice to wash fewer loads. And really like having the waterproof wash cycle.

Bought this washer after owning a way to expensive Whirlpool. I have only had it a couple weeks but if it lasts half as long as the Whirlpool I will be happy. Front loaders are overrated for the price you pay.

Large drum and very quiet wash cycle. I have no complaints about this washing machine. Many options for the settings and leaves clothes fresh and clean.

I have never owned a Samsung washer before. We have had this a month and have not had any problems with it. There is not a center "stick" in the middle of the drum, which is great as towels don't get wrapped around it. It has a huge drum that can hold 15 towels.
