Great machine, first one I've used with out the agitator in the middle. Cycles seem to take longer than expected but it could just be the way it's designed.

We won't get this delivered for another three weeks but I'm excited to try it. It was reasonably priced and the cycle options were basic and easy. We saw so many bad reviews about all brands so we hope we made the right decision. Fingers crossed!!

Always been a Whirlpool guy. Best Buy salesman said I would not be happy with a Whirlpool top load, so he convinced me on a Samsung washer/dryer combo. At 1 1/2 months so far, I am happy with the purchase. I did almost return it when it stopped during one of the first loads and just sat with blinking lights. After Googling it, I found out it had an error code for the pump. Called GeekSquad, and the tech told me to unplug it for a few and plug back in, then reset the load and try again. I did that but problem returned. He did say he scheduled a tech to come out and ordered replacement pump as well. Long story short, I have since learned that I can't have 2 sets of bed linens with additional items in a single load (no, the washer was no where near being overloaded). We have 3 beds and I can only do one set of sheets at a time along with clothes, towels, whatever. Once I proved my theory on this, I cancelled the tech and sent the replacement pump back. As long as I wash one set of sheets with other items the washer works great. I have had zero issues since doing this. Now a big positive I like about this washer is that it spins the items almost dry, which makes the dryer time shorter. All in all I do not regret purchasing this washer.

This washer doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but that is not what we needed for our washer. It does its job for our normal washing needs.

I love this washer it is efficient and has great features. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price could not be beat.

Uses less laundry soap than my old one and cleans my kids clothes better..simple enough to use for my tech challenged parents

I've been very happy with this washer so far. First time I've used a washer without a spindle up the middle. The tank is very large and drains the water extremely effectively.

Didn't realize how big the tub would be. Have to stand on a stool to reach items on the bottom! Cleans well & quietly.

My husband and I live alone. We are retired. I love this washer. It is quiet, simple to operate and does a great job.

Great load capacity. I have three teens at home so wash is a everyday thing. The machine is great. Super quiet and efficient.

Nice washer, gets clothes clean. Really like the drawers for the detergent. Not that loud.
