It's still pretty new but I'm really loving it. It's gentle on my clothes but, gets them clean

This washing machine has everything you need. Simple to use. Happy it doesn't have those extra features that you never use but that you pay extra for. I really like the Samsung washing machines, like this one, that do not have the agitator so there is no danger of my clothes getting ripped or torn like they sometimes do in other machines.

GUYS THAT DELIVERED WM WERE AWESOME. REMOVED OLD WM & INSTALLED NEW WM. EXPLAINED ABOUT WM. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS AS WELL.

This was a solid purchase and affordable. Gets the job done. Nothing fancy just does it's job.

I enjoy the soft sound when it's washing/drying and the nursery type notification when done.

Only good thing is that it’s a cheap washer. Because it’s cheap it sucks. Haven’t even had it a year and it’s already broken down four times. If I could return it I would. I guess it better to spend a little more for a better washer and to be struggling constantly with a cheap one. Not only does it break down it makes a huge mess inside the washer with the detergent. It goes everywhere and drys up. Super messy.

I absolutely love this washer. It works great and with the fabric softener compartment I never miss the rinse anymore.

The price is nice and it was easy to use. This is the new style of today’s washer, I’m very happy with this purchase!

I've always liked Samsung appliances so for my top load washer, I definitely kept the brand. It does its job and no failures so far.

Washer is hugh inside. Cuts laundry in half. Cleans well.

I was looking for a simple, top load washer and wanted to keep it economical. I was pleased by the price point on this well built and modern washer. I love that it has a big drum without a spindle to catch the straps of your clothes. I didn't really need all the electronic bells and whistles, but I like having them! I'd recommend it.

I love this machine. It has enough functions to keep me happy and the drum size is huge. It is pretty quiet for the size and is still light enough for me to move it when random things fall behind it. It has enough functions for the average persons needs. My only complaint is that it will not start unless the lid is secured (locked).

I wanted a washer that did not cost me a fortune since it is just me at home. This is an HE machine that doesn't have all of the bells and whistles but it works just fine for my requirements. I can load a lot of clothes inside and it has enough cycles to do everything I need.
