I got this as a Christmas gift. Connected this via optical audio to my Xbox One. Every 2-3 minutes, the sound bar powers down as a result of a "feature" that Samsung included. Fortunately, this feature can be turned off. Unfortunately, it can only be turned off when you use a 3.5mm headphone cable for sound. The worst part is that it's such a known issue. Do a quick search on "Samsung Soundbar auto power down" and enjoy a fine day reading hundreds of reports from customers whose soundbars are automatically powering down after 2-3 minutes. Immerse yourself in the frustration of helpless soundbar owners who beg Samsung reps for hope, only to find automated responses. All of Samsung's greatest hits are there, such as "Hold the Play/Pause Button". Who could ever forget such favorites as "Hold the Left Arrow to Turn On Power Link"? My personal favorite was the response I received when I contacted support: "Plug it directly into the wall, not your surge protector." Because that's the best way to protect expensive electrical equipment. I've also included a screenshot of the last thing customer support told me, which was that there weren't any reported problems. Oh really, Samsung? Have you tried ANY form of internet search about your own product because if your internal documentation doesn't include info about how broke your equipment is, I'd advise using the internet instead. Lots of info there. Did I mention that it doesn't just affect the M370? Apparently, it's most all models of Samsung Soundbars. Long story short, folks. Don't waste your money on this. For 2-3 minutes, you'll enjoy excellent audio. Then, you'll reach for the remote and have to turn the soundbar back on. Oh and lest I forget, I'd love to return this and use the money toward a true home theater system. The only problem is that my wife bought it for me on sale in October and even though I've only had it for a couple of weeks, it's outside of the return period. Between this and the dishwasher that failed after 2 weeks (not from Best Buy), I will NEVER purchase another Samsung item again.

I was surprised with the sound quality, it is a good option for $ 200, I use it to watch movies and listen to music and I really like it

All over pleased with my new surround sound system. It sounds really good in my small living room. It was simple to setup and a little miss leading about the wireless part but it really isn’t that hard to hide wire from the rear mounted speakers.

I have to say I was skeptical about this purchase at first. I was worried that I wouldn't be happy with the quality over my old set up which included a clunky receiver. I took the leap and purchased it and I have to admit I am impressed. It works amazingly and made my set up look a lot more clean and pleasing. For me it took very little time to set up, but I work with electronics frequently so it may not be as easy for others. (from what I read on here I was worried I would have trouble syncing the wireless speakers.) Just follow the manual for set up and you'll be enjoying nice clean sounds in minutes. I do have to say the bass isn't what I expected. My old system could shake my apartment, this not so much. But for me that's fine, I don't need my neighbors to hate me. Overall I think this is worth it for someone looking to have a simple, clutter free set up. Though if your looking for something to fulfill your inner audiophile, you won't find it here.

I bought this sound bar when i saw it on sale. It has great sound that fills the entire room. The two surround sound speakers are great and add just enough sound you feel like you are in a theater but not going to make you deaf.That Bass is fantastic when listening to music so make sure not to set it on glass. The remote is pretty intuitive except for he volume has to be pushed up and down instead of in. once I figured that out it was good. I would buy it on sale again.

Purchased system to pair up with my 65" Samsung curved 4K- HD tv purchased 1 year ago. Got a great price for the package on sale. The set up was very easy (by the book). The wireless rear surround sound speakers do have wires that go to the speaker from a remote wireless junction box that was easy to hide. Our family room is 20x22ft and the sound is great. Big improvement over the speaker's on the back of the TV. My kids love that they can listen to their music via Bluetooth from their playlists on their phones.

The sound quality is very good, but I am unable to set the rear speakers and sub-woffer to the volume I would like. They are still loud enough to be able to hear them, but I would like a little more volume on them.

This system has amazing sound! I put the rear speakers on end tables next to our couch and can totally hear the surround sound. And now everyone in the house enjoys connecting personal music through the bar’s Bluetooth mode.

It doesn’t seem to be as loud as my last one but serves it’s purpose and definitely has a deeper bass sound.Great price on deal of the day.

When you look at the box and read it doesn't say anything about you having to wire your speakers. Not good. I almost returned it until I heard it . Great sound. Saved by the boom.

Took a bit to get the rear speakers to sync properly, but once I did, it’s an amazign setup for my small space. I have it on quite low, so this could definitely fill a larger living room!

Easy to set up, sounds fantastic, has the option to turn the subwoofer and extra speakers off, and just listen to the sound bar, or to have them all on. Really makes a difference in sound.

I picked this up for my bedroom. The sound quality is crystal clear. The subwoofer is under my bed, with the rear speakers by the headboard. No sound lag over the bluetooth. The soundbar is low profile and sounds great. Easy setup, basically just turn everything on after plugging it in.

Not the greatest speakers, but well worth the price. The sound quality isn't the sharpest, especially when listening to conversations.

I do believe the sound quality to be quite good. The only downer is that in a larger room, you will lose some of the vocal clarity.
