Clothes never smelt better and softer.. Water bill went down $50 a month Quiet and so many options

This washer has so many features I feel like Mr. Sulu at the helm when I put on a load to wash.

Cut our water bill in half! Very user friendly, just make sure to keep the door open after cycles so water doesn't get stuck in the door and spoil.

I put my cloths in dirty and they come out clean and damp!

Our 10 year old Samsung front loader was shaking the house due to a broken internal support. Don't make 'em like they used to. This one is obviously much quieter and overall a nicer unit. The quick wash feature is nice as is the monthly reminder to run a clean cycle (which reminds me to clean the debris filter). Happy with it and would give 5 stars if I knew how long it would last.

I purchased this washer when it was on sale for 30% off. So far it works well. I haven't used all the cycles yet. I did purchase because I thought it had a steam clean to save on dry cleaning cost. But the steam clean is only an add on for the regular wash cycle. I don't think I would have paid full price for this, as you can get just as good of a washer for less. Also, I think it would be better if you purchase both the washer and dryer together, as I can wash more items with this, wash machine, but then my dryer doesn't fully dry them all so I have to split the drying up.

After having a "simple" washer for many years, this machine has a ton of settings to figure out. I don't like how it won't let you change certain features when set to something specific. Like it won't let you choose super hot when you pick the towels setting. I would rather have complete flexibility to change anything whenever I want. Seems to wash well. My clothes don't smell very fresh. I'm still experimenting with the amount of detergent and the settings.

Very quiet and does a great job cleaning my clothes. Love the sanitize cycle. Had to get used to some of the longer cycles. I also love the self cleaning cycle, keeps the washer smelling great.

This was a big upgrade from what I was using. The options and cycles are very helpful. Has a steam / sanitizing setting that I've used a few times. Easily fits a king size comforter and has room for the sheets... Love it so far.

Works like a charm. Haven't got to use all the features yet but we are well satisfied.
