Purchased this washer to replace an older Samsung He washer. The wife was impressed by how much of a difference there was in performance between the two. The unit is extremely quite and does a great job on the clothes.

This washer replaced an older top loader and the difference is huge! It uses less water, less soap and my clothes aren't beaten to death every time I wash them. My only complaint is that the normal wash cycle is over 40 minutes! I will run the quick wash cycle a lot when I have many loads to do and it seems to work just fine.

This Samsung washer has been a wonderful replacement for our old worn out washer. The myriad of cycles provides many options for cleaning our clothing, and the self cleaning cycle is extremely handy. The only issues we have is that this washer does take longer than our older non-HE washer to clean clothes, and it has a tendency to walk during some cycles (we had Best Buy install this for us, including leveling).

I had a washer that was 18 years old. This one remembers your favorite settings, shows you how much time is remaining and has a lot of nice bells and whistles. The only thing I had to guess on is when using Pods vs other laundry detergent. There is a dispensary for liquid and powder, but no where to put the pod. I throw in a pod, start the machine to add water for a minute and then add the clothes. It seems to work.

This is a great product. It is reasonably priced and has all the functions that I need.

The washer is easy to use and is good sized. It has a lot of cycle options that provide easy selection for a variety of cloth types.

This washer is so wonderful. Getting a load done in 36 minutes is a huge bonus when you forget you have to wear something thats dirty.I also really love that there are different options for towels and bedding because I never know what setting those should go on. I don't have any bad things to say about this washer.

Love it! My old one was so loud. Not this one. Still getting use to all the functions.

washer has many options and is large. It is a little loud and vibrates on spin cycle. Part of the vibration may be due to POOR installation by best buy delivery

Very pleased with the new machine. I had a Samsung that was rocking and rolling in Tango Red. I replaced it with the new machine in Merlot, and although the colors do not match, I am very pleased with the pair.

This is a great washer in terms of features, looks, and reliability. Samsung always has great products and this is one of it. Love all the features this washer has to offer (ex: settings for bedding, Athletic wear, etc.) Also, I love the Merlot color.

I've only been able to use this washer a half dozen times so far but everything has been working break. It's amazing how much less water it uses compared to my old top loading washer. The normal cycle runs in under 50 min. The other cycles take much longer, up to 2.5 hours, but that's when you add steam, indicate heavier soil load or other more complicated options.

I love the front load option because not only does it seem to get the clothes cleaner, but it is easy to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer. i haven't had it long enough to use all the options, but there are plenty for my use.

I love my front loaders it's easy on my back and I couldn't ask for more

My mom grew up in Mexico washing clothes in the river and now that we have this washing machine she loves doing laundry. The whites come out as white as fresh snow. It's so simple to use and I can't believe the great deal I got.
