Purchased this machine at a discount after Christmas. So far, this machine cleans well, is quiet during operation. One thing, the balance and spin cycle is louder than I like but not unbearable. Lots of cool features as well.

I have only used the washer once since purchasing and i am completely satisfied. My previous top load washer would make a loud banging noise during the spin cycle when the load was unbalanced. With a front load washer I no longer have that issue. I am still getting used to all the new options offered by the washer and am looking forward to the impact on the electric bill.

Washes clean and have not experienced any problems so far. It has a lot of wash modes but in reality we use only 2-4 types. Although it is a brand new one, we need to explore a lot more about this washer. Overall a great buy

This dryer is extremely quiet when washing. The normal wash cycle is faster than most washers and being a front load washer, clothes are not soaking wet at the end of the cylcle. Music alarm is much better than a buzzer to signal end of cycle. I used to hear my old washer in the next room and this one is quiet.

we purchased this set in the Merlot color including matching pedestals. The machines are proficient and gorgeous. The set up team from best buy arrived early and ensured machines were up and operating.

I loved the look of this washer and wanted a front loader. It worked extremely well, but even though I kept the door open all the time, it did smell. I had friends who warned me that their front loader smelled, and I did not believe them. I returned the washer after less than 3 weeks and bought a beautiful Samsung top loader.

My old Kenmore washing machine finally was not worth fixing again. I've been wanting a bigger washer so that I could wash comforters. After much research and talking to people, I narrowed it down to a Samsung front loader for a LG top loader. I went with the Samsung because for the price, it seems to have alot more. I was going to get the 5400 model, but for $100 more, I changed my order last minute due to the larger capacity and more features on this one. After using it several times a week for the past month, I have to say that I am more happy that I thought I would be. We have both the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor laundry "closet" and it is so quiet. We were both surprised how quiet it is as it's located right outside the master. As far as the features, I have used the steam and smart foam and it does a superb job! I was worried from some reviews that my clothes would not wash well or "stink". But no problems. I just make sure I wipe the seal and crack the door, which is easy to do. I paid $899 on sale.

The samsung washer/dryer that I purchased is awesome. I chose the merlot color which is fabulous. I really in enjoy the music it plays. I now ask my husband if the washer/dryer sang to me yet instead of do you think clothes are done. They have a lot of choices but very easy to work. Love my pair.

So far this product has been wonderful. Have not used the steam function yet but all other features are great. My only complaint would be that simply turning the knob does not activate the power on the device (as my old set used to). But probably just a matter of me getting used to it.

Within a week my machine was already giving me problems until I realized it was a sock stuck in some part on the bottom. It's a great product & fully ready the manual & there should be no problems. The capacity is very large & it has a setting for almost everything, can't go wrong with it

Great looks, runs perfect, so quiet. Many settings. Cute ring chime when clothes are do e. What can I say, it is the perfect washer!

We are extremely happy with our purchase, the washer is very rich is color! Would recommend the pedestals if you want the washer sit higher. All the settings and features the washer offers are great!

This washing machine does a great job of getting clothes clean. I love that it can give an extra rinse and extra spin. Normal loads are clean in an hour and it can handle double the amount of clothes my old machine could. Very satisfied with this machine.

We've had the washer for a little over a month now and it has been great. We have three kids and our laundry doesn't stop. Clothes are cleaner and smell better.

I got this washer because it was efficient. I have no complaints. It actually has a larger load capacity than I had anticipated.

I purchased this washing mahine about one month ago after my 15 year old Kenmore died. It has taken me a little while to get used to all of the new settings, but I REALLY like it. My clothes are very clean and the machine is so quiet, I check it to make sure it is running. The cycles are longer than what I was used too, but if the clothes are cleaner, I'm fine with that. The music that plays at the end of a cyele is a cute litlle bonus; my girls love to hear it.

I've only owned this machine for a few weeks. But I have no complaints so far. The machine while operating is super quiet, it holds a lot of laundry, and it cleans everything really well. My whole experience at Best Buy was wonderful. We were offered a great price with great rewards, they even price matched with other ads. We just went back to buy a TV...and will continue to return(:

Wonderful washer with excellent wash quality , we using it for comforters also with great results

I was very happy with this purchase. The machine has a large basket to fit a large load of clothes and it's nice and quiet (especially compared to my last washer - hence the new washing machine). So far it's been working great.

Great washer! Tons of different settings to help with whatever you're washing! Easy to use. The door however is not adjustable. Only downside I've notice so far.
