This washer replaces another Samsung front loader we bought 4 years ago. We bought the geek squad service plan on the old one and a good thing we did since it was essentially irreparably broken. The new one fits on the old stand but is a different color. The new one is much quieter and doesn't seem to have the balance problems the old one had. I don't take advantage of the advanced features. The spin cycle seems to do a better job of extracting water than the old one. We have washed some rather large loads without concern.

Love this new washer! With a large family we have so much laundry and my new Samsung washer cuts down on laundry time. It's easy to use and washes well! Really great washing machine for a great price!

I absolutely love my new washer. It is ultra quiet, and so easy to use with all of the presets. It is gentle on my clothes, and uses very little water and detergent. A great buy!

Fairly easy to use. Excellent job washing and Excellent job spinning water out of clothing, better than the Bosch washer we had before. We have not had it long enough to evaluate repair problems if any.

Great washer big enough for large loads would highly recommend clothes comes out beautiful and are almost dry when finished dryer time cut in half

This machine is relatively quiet and has various settings to choose from. I've been pleased with the way it washes my clothes. Looks sleek as well.

So easy to use that my 10 year old daughter enjoys doing the laundry now. It's a quiet machine.The sanitizing setting is really good for filthy clothes (you know soccer socks)

The washer does a great job. It’s fairly quite has quality options and just does its job I owned a Samsung before this it lasted over 10 yr so looking for same if not better

No complaints at all. I bought it after looking a little at reviews and they were pretty spot on. Lots of features, reasonably quiet operation, clothes smell pretty afterwards, all the things you want in a washer.

Quiet, clothes are practically dry when taken out before the dryer, energy efficient, beautiful color, very happy customer

This has a very large tub and can hold A LOT. I love this washer. It was the smallest I could find with the load capacity. It’s intuitive to use. It’s clean and attractive. Best of all, it does the job with excellence. Best Buy delivered for free and placed it in my apartment in under 2 minutes. In and out. It’s very heavy, so this was much appreciated. Thank you!

Love the machine for the price we got it at. The cycles are not too long like our old washer. Also like that the detergant and softener holder does not stay filled up with water like our old washer. The only issue I've had is that the clothes are not the cleanest when running larger loads. Example, still have deodorant on them when they come out of the dryer. I also only noticed this issue once so far and of course it was the time someone else loaded and started the washer.

couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Samsung washer and dryer. these were on sale for a great price that couldn't be passed up. went to the store, ordered them with the associate, and had them delivered the day after christmas. they were easy to set up and worked great. love the front load and all of the options. very easy to figure out the options and all the controls.

I am currently enjoying this Samsung washer. It seems to wash effectively and at a low volume. My only criticism is that the door can be difficult to shut. Other than that, I would recommend this washer.

Easy install and friendly delivery guys. Washer was intuitive to use and clothes are clean. Fairly quiet compared to old washer. Wash times are reasonable.

This washing machine is efficient and does a wonderful job with our laundry. I especially like the self balancing feature and the quietness of the washer.

What an upgrade! Replaced a Kenmore top loader with this front loader and am not looking back. From the top. Clean lines, large but not huge. The interface is easy and really like the crisp digital lights and buttons. Tons of wash settings though I admittedly have not use most of them since they are new to me. Machine runs quitley, smoothly, have not had any balance issues or unexpected start/stops. I follow the open the door to air out rule so have not had any smell issue. Overall great appliance!

We recently bought a 2 flat with tenants and wanted something that had all the bells and whistles without being ridiculously expensive or over the top. This lives up to all the reviews we read and I am so thrilled with how quiet it is even on the stone floor without the pedestal. The capacity is impressive especially having just come from an apartment with stackable washer/dryer combo. I was able to put a full bed set with 4 towels and hand towels with even a tad bit of space left. I just need to take a minute to read the manual to set up my preferred cycle.
