We have this unit stacked with the matching washer and they are surprisingly stable.

Purchased a few months ago and it works pretty good. The only issue was the rude delivery drivers.

This washer is quiet and efficient. The wash cycle is alot faster than my previous HE machine and I love that I get a reminder to clean it.

We read product reviews prior to our online purchase from Best Buy. This washer and the sale price were just what we wanted. The Best Buy delivery team was fabulous. The washer stopped working after 2 loads, showing an error code that meant there was something wrong with the touchscreen start switch. The first person we dealt with at Samsung Customer Service wondered how long the machine had been out on the floor at the store (meaning lots of people must have touched the machine; Best Buy assured us that our machine had never been out of the box). He set us up with a repair appointment, but no one ever came out. After 45 minutes on the phone with another Customer Service rep, a Supervisor, and an Executive Relations rep, we were told we'd have to wait to find out IF someone in our area could service the machine. The next day we went to our local Best Buy store to request a refund. The store personnel and pick-up team (same as delivery team) were very apologetic and professional. We must have gotten a faulty machine. We did not purchase another Samsung. Instead we went to a local appliance store and bought an Electrolux for the same price. It has worked extremely well, and we wish we had bought that brand in the first place.

Great washer with plenty of settings to choose from just gotta dry the rubber seal for the door to prevent mold

We are happy with the machine so far. It's been about 30 days and no problems at this point. Washes well and the spin cycle really takes a lot of water out making drying time quicker. The key will be after time if the machine stay quiet and continues to clean well. The rating would be a 5 star if there was more time since the purchase.

I debated on capacity, but this is completely ample for our family of 4. I am impressed with the quality. We replaced a Whirlpool front load, and could not be happier with our choice to go with Samsung.
