This is my third Samsung washer They always do a good job on cleaning cloths I give 4 stars because it has a leak on front door seal after use it for two months After they replace the seal all work fine

We were shopping for another top load washer and dryer set but were recommended to spend a little more on this front load set. We are very pleased with this washer and the matcing dryer too!

This washer has blown away the previous elite model (not Samsung) that we had for 10 years. The clothes are fresh and clean, like new instead of being dingy. It also has great flexibility and capacity.

There hasn't been a stain this machine can't take out.

The first one was defective and returned within days. About 1 year later the second one started leaking. According to the technician - it's an installation issue. After all if that- I still love it.

would not allow some heat setting in some programs

I like the front loading machine and the fact that it saves on water. I'm pleased with how it has washed my clothes. Very easy to use.

This one is the best one. So many options for each type of cloth and when I ran one washing cycle , I didn't hear any sound. Doing great jobs without making noise. Go for it.

This washer gets my clothes clean and maintains the condition of my clothes. Since buying this washer I feel like our clothes last longer and the colors stay brighter.

The washer is very quiet and cleans clothes well. The door latch seems a bit week, time will tell if it will hold up. Heard about a big recall but not sure if this model is part of it.

My husband and I have purchased 5 new washing machines during our 38 years of marriage. This one was highly rated by Consumer Reports. Unfortunately, water leaked from the front door following the installation. It was mechanically replaced by another new machine that had a 7 inch scratch on the side. Since it would not be seen and did not affect the functionality we accepted it. We've had the new machine for less than a week and I have had no problems.

Many load options, quality built machine, quiet. Bought with the matching pedestals as open box items and couldnt have asked for a better washer for the money.

Love this washer! Much improved wash compared to the last machine I had. Only issue I had was I forgot to remove the screws on the bottom before using!

This is an excellent machine! Does a great job washing and the extra features such as the steam function, energy efficiency, etc. make this a great buy!

We have been very happy with everything about this machine! Our large family does at least 4 loads a day so it has proven to be a great machine so far!

We bought the washer and dryer and could not be happier. We live out in the country and we get dirty... This product gets them looking new again...

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and I'm not disappointed. I had it for a year now and it's been wonderful! No complaints.

The washer stopped working after one week of installation. Had to be replaced. New unit is working fine. Would have given the washer a higher rating if the unit worked correctly from the beginning.
