We are new to this W/D set so we have not explored all of its features just yet. However, we really love the pre-wash feature and container for pre-wash material (e.g., Oxyclean). We are pleased with the performance so far.

first day it threw a code and had to have geek squad come out to fix. Was okay for a week and then threw another code. Went and got a different model.

I love the product except the one thing is that steamer hose connection to dryer is not long enough to fit my space so I am using this product without the steamer for dryer. I wish they make the longer steamer hose.

I really love this washer. It tells you exactly how long the cycle will be and you can save a frequently used type of cycle as a favorite. Both of these make it extremely easy to start the washer and takes out the guesswork of having to check to see if the washer is done. I just set a timer on my phone.

This machine was a big upgrade from the 20year old top loader we had. However, like all front loaders, gunk tends to build up in the door ridges which need to be cleaned with bleach every few months. Also the exterior glass cracked after 1 year. I need to call for the warranty repair.

I was sold on Samsung after I purchased my first washer, and when I needed a replacement, I only wanted a Samsung.

We have owned MAYTAG products for 12 years. We decided to switch to SAMSUNG after reading reviews and so far we are happy with the product. The washer is a little noisy and takes longer to do a load of cloths. Another point: make sure you keep the shipping bolts to anchor the drum just in case you move.

It is a great buy. I'm a big fan of Samsung appliances and this washer is no exception. If there was anything I could change though it would be to shorten the "load complete" tone. It sings for about a minute. There might be a way to shorten it I just haven't looked for one yet.

Replaced my old Kenmore with this washer and love it. Haven't been able to try out all of the cycles yet, but so far no complains. It is very quiet and love the music it plays when the load is done.

Got rid of 18 year old may tags and love the efficiency of these. Bigger than what I am used to but we can actually take a shower while running the washer
