The washer profoms great runs quiet, and looks good

I absolutely love my purchase! The washer and dryer are both very sleek and the color is looks very nice in my laundry room. It’s not your typical block or white set, which I’m very happy about. Plus they have all of the features I was looking for in a new combo set! Very happy with my purchase.

As soon as I got the unit there was plenty of laundry to be washed. It seemes to do a very good job. Remember to keep the washer door open after use. The water after the wash needs to evaporate. If closed up you may end up creating mold and/mildew. A normal wash cycle runs about an hour and 10 minutes. It doesn't seem to bad time wise. Also it runs fairly quiet I think.

I love this washer! It cleans so much better than my last front-loading HE washer. The add-wash feature is the best! I wish I could see my clothes washing inside, but the door is highly tinted, so I am denied that pleasure. My clothes always come out super clean and smelling great! Sometimes, the fabric softener drains as soon as I put it in, and I haven't figured out why.

Very silent and easy to operate. Great deal and modern design

So far this machine has been very reliable. I like the fact that you set up smart capabilities with Google. I get alerts and notifications of different cycles during washing and when its complete. Easy to touch and go controls. Very simple to use and gets the clothes done the way I like.

It has so many functions that allows you treat almost any stain or fabric. no longer will need to send your clothes out for dry cleaning. It is efficient and will save me a lot of money on dry cleaning! Wonderful product and very simple to use!

I love all the settings and the extra door is great but unfortunately only after 4 months of having this machine it smells like mold and mildew :( I've left the door open between every cycle and whiped it down. Done everything they have suggested since I bought it and it still smells.

I haven't had any issues so far. It's the first high-efficiency front end loading washer I've purchased so I really don't have a basis for comparison and have only used two of the basic cycles. As a guy I wasn't overly concerned with the fancy cycles and the ones I've used seem to work - no one has complained that my clothes stink so far.

Loved my washer just wished Samsung wouldn't make it look like this washer lights up, IT DOES NOT, FOR SOME REASON I thought it looked like it did on the picture and that is what motivated me to buy this set, WHAT A BOOMER it DOES NOT, over all I like it so far though, and LOVE the ADD on DOOR....

This washer looks nice except for the 2 big dents in the drawer where the delivery guys dropped it while carrying it up our stairs. I was only offered a $200 Best Buy gift card for it too! The washer does not close tight and can be opened while a load is going. It does a good job of getting our clothes clean. In the year that I've had it, I've probably only used the extra little door a handful of times.

I keep going back to Samsung appliances. I have had unusual good luck with mine, but I have heard stories of people having problems and poor customer service. I have not experienced problems with any of my Samsung appliances. My clothes are so clean using my new washer. I love it.

Great does not make sound and good capacity for a lot of clothes

The machine washes well, and the door design seems better than previous model, meaning it closes and locks ok. Unlike the previous model there is NO light inside the tub, which means feeling around for smaller items. If you run a small load say a pair of coveralls and use high spin. be prepared to have the floors shake and conversation any where near the machine can not happen. I have not used db meter yet but it s insane. Added note, When they delivered the first one it was louder and shaking very badly. I had them replace it withing the first 2 days this is the second try. Also if you run small loads at medium spin, the sound is closer to normal.

We bought the dryer companion to this washer initially, and when the we needed to replace the washer too, we did not hesitate to buy it and the pedestals to raise the up. Recommend the pedestals, too. Both products work very well. Had another Samsung washer and dryer for nearly 6.5 years. Best Buy delivery and installation services are very good too.

Love this thing very easy to use everything works extremely well on it

This is my first washer I have purchased as I just moved out on my own. Washer is great. My family had a top loader growing up so I am used to my clothes still being pretty wet when I throw them in the dryer. With this washer my clothes aren’t as wet so I don’t have to dry my clothes as long and they are super clean.
