Absolutely in love with this washer, definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new appliance. Perfectly pairs great with the dryer.

Well, you get what you pay for. I originally bought a wash tower that I could pick up on a Tuesday. This was a Friday. Saturday, I received an E-mail saying it was pushed back 2 weeks. I cancelled that order and called customer service who found me this set in Erie, Pa. that I could pick up on Sunday. (Open box set, discounted) I drive all the way to Erie, no open box, for 500$ each only new for 750$ each. Got them home and the washer was dented up. Fixable. I live too far for delivery and installation, so I had to do it myself. *When you stack these, the electric connection is at the top of the dryer. If your receptacle is attached to your baseboard, you will need an 8-foot appliance cord to reach. I ended up having to buy 10/3 braided wire and a plug and make my own. *Here's the good part* These units are VERY TALL. When stacked, the dryer buttons are 6'6" from the floor. No kidding. My wife is 5'3" tall. I had to buy her a step stool so she could reach the dryer buttons. Here's a pic.

Washes very well. Very quiet. Easy to use with a nice tune played when it’s done.

Smooth sailing. After working with a 15 year old washer / dryer, it's amazing to see the differences. Loads go much faster and the spin cycle is not quite as noisy (although noisy on the highest spin). Although it doesn't have the bells and whistles of an app or special place for pod washer tablets, it gets the job done. If my washer / dryer was exposed (not behind a closet or door), I would have gotten the silver or other color because the white just looks plain. But for our purposes, only we will see it and it gets the job done. I'm short and I have to step on my toes to reach the dryer, but that's not a big deal to me. The one real annoyance is the ridiculous song that plays when the load is done. We sometimes forget to silence it and when we do, listening to that song play for 30+ seconds is pretty annoying. Other than that, good machine!

We could not be happier with this washer. It is quiet, large, capable and it looks really sleet and nice as well! Great choose of settings and controls, At the same time the control layout is excellent and easy to navigate. I am super critical and I love it!

We like this washer. After the test wash, we did 6 loads of laundry. We experience an odd noise when we washed the bedsheets and towels together. It seems like the rubber gasket was pulling during the spin cycle. It did not occur on any of the other wash loads. It is easy to use and the display is easy to read. The only issue we have so far is that the control panel is extremely sensitive. Our storage cabinets are above the washer, and if we brush us against the control panel to laundry products, we inadvertently change the settings. However, it was not a reason for us to return the machine.

My older washer machine broke and to repair it was going to cost $900. It was going to be cheaper to buy one. This machine was affordable and it fit well in a small space. It is roomy inside inside. It also plays a little tin when the laundry starts and when it ends.

Easy to operate with different options. Gets the cleaning job done.

So far so good great washer had a great price. Delivery was flawless no issues. I plan to buy my next appliance from Best buy.

I love this washer. I don't like that it has so many options and features. It's a little complicated at first and I found myself refereeing back to the users manual several times before actually using it. Supposedly has a feature to reduce vibration but mine does seem to vibrate a lot still. Once you figure out the right size load it is better. I'm sure once I get all the little kinks figured out I will love it. I love the little chime at the end of the load to let you know it's done. Haven't really had a chance to try all the settings yet. Love that you can choose how many rinsed and spins you want per load. I know once I get a little more confident about using it I will be very, very happy with my choice.

This is a good machine. It does its job well. I like the vibration reduction tech it includes. Stack well with dryer.

Like the washer on a pedestal. The washer is easy to operate and quiet.

Bought this washer three years ago ,it worked well,until 4 months ago it started making a lit if niuse during the spinning process of washing.Shedding tons of grey sanding debris from the bottom of the machine

Never had a front loader before. Works great with my Samsung dryer which is right next to it. Easy to move clothes around. my agitator clips on the top loaders would snap quite a bit-so this is a better fit for my individual needs.
