after purchase i spent several days trying to fix TV connection to the Internet. I talked to various Saumsung, AT&T and other agents. On day 3 or 4 one of the Samsung tech specialists asked me to check the software version, it was outdated (lots of forum on this). Then i was quickly able to upgrade the TV software. I am sure that Samsung and Best Buy must do a much better job giving their customers a heads up on the known issues. It turns out that many TV models had this flaw but nothing is mentioned on Samsung or Best Buy

This is a great all around TV, easy to set up, excellent picture, very light weight.

This is our 2nd 4K TV since thanksgiving and they are out of this world. Even though there isn't much 4k content being broadcast yet, the visuals you get from Fios and Blue Ray are truly astounding. When you see them in the store it really doesn't do it justice until you get the set in your living room. 65" in the living room and 40" for the bedrooms.

This TV has great picture and great refresh rate. It is also the perfect size for a bedroom and looks great mounted on the wall.

THIS TV IS OUTSTANDING, IT IS SO CLEAR AND BRIGHT AND EVERYTHING LOOKS SO LIFE LIKE. I JUST USE IT FOR WATCHING T V.AND IT IS GREAT. I AM HAPPY WITH THE PURCHAS.

Replaced another HDTV purchased at Best Buy. Previous purchase just relocated in the house, still works well. New purchase is working well. Clear bright picture.

Highest rated TV. Takes some time to set up, but once it's done and you get used to it, it' works great. Picture is excellent. Looked at Sony and Sharp as well. Both are also good, but got the best deal on Samsung.

Feel the difference using a Smart TV... I have the 55 and 40 inches, lastone because you do not need always the bigger size, it is the just size for a kids room

Great TV This unit literally has it all. Well organized easy to use remote. Do not try to use it as a direct client for DirecTV. Why? You will lose your favorite but the skip forward 30 seconds button. So make sure to put a DIRECTV client in front of it. The resolution on this TV is so good that you can count the blades of grass left on Rory McElroy's putter after he's made a put. I purchased the Samsung sound bar is well and it's a vast improvement over my old Bose 123 system. This is a family room TV due to its 48 inch size. We have full surroundsound in our theater room.

Great tv for the price. Clear picture. Great sound quality. Love that it upgrades the picture quality for cable and Netflix streaming. Awesome for gaming.

A terrific, high quality product. This TV has expanded the number of people we have watching movies, television, and playing video games without having them all crowd in one narrow field of view. Love it!

I choose this model, based on the maximum diagonal screen size my space could accommodate. TV immediately found my network and all the smart features worked well. Connected to my Samsung phone with no trouble. Plugged in a USB stick and displayed photos. Picture is excellent.

Wanted to see the difference with a HD TV. Picture quality if truly very noticeable as compared to other LED's that I own. If buying a TV it is truly worth the extra money to go with the 4000K TV.

I am absolutely amazed at the 4k picture even through OTA channels. Surprisingly even the sound is impressive.

I was looking for quality not necessarily size and was pleasantly surprised with the clarity of the picture as well as the sound even without the surround system. Great tv if you love sports!!

Bought this tv after looking to upgrade our 32" sharp aqous TV which was 14 yrs old. We have two other Samsung tvs and love them. This tv was easy and quick to setup out of box. Great picture.

My son loves his new tv. He has several game systems, he keeps the 2 newest plugged in but can easily plug in one of the older ones. He even discovered he likes having the smart tv function .

Samsung has the cutting edge of technology for developing excellent televisions. Couldn't be happier and satisfied with the great picture and sound it puts out. Excellent TV for the bedroom.

The setup was extremely easy. I bought this for a 2nd TV so the picture quality and screen size was fine for that. I think my LG 4K Tv ihas a better quality picture. The reason I gave it 3stars instead of 4 was that I discovered that YAHOO and Samsung got together and installed ADWARE on this TV!!! So, ads from YAHOO started displaying whenever I turned on the TV. Make sure you go into privacy settings and read the YAHOO policy and click on NO to turn it off. There is more information online. Just look for Ads displaying on my Samsung TV.
