This is a great television. Take it out of the box and plug it in is about all the set up required. The picture is unbelievable.

I got the tv on deal of the day and paid $450 for it so can't beat that, but it has a clean picture and easy to use functions

The picture quality is very good but the sound leaves a little to be desired. I still have not had time to look into all that this TV can do.

Although 4K video is limited (some Netflix and Amazon prime shows, as well as YouTube), you will enjoy this quality picture!

This TV was bought for a large bedroom. The size, picture and quality is great.

I am very impressed with Best Buy's staff as good, honest communicators who listened and did not push or falsely represent their technical skills while I searched for a new TV. However I was disappointed in having to return our new TV because it was damaged. I knew I was purchasing an open box item but it was clearly not evaluated or tagged by the store staff before selling it to me. The store honored the replacement but attention to properly identifying why an item was returned should have been their priority. This incident will make me more attentive to purchasing open box items in the future but I will return because of your staff.

tv is excellent and has reat features, Will only by the uhd TV's in the future. Big difference from the regular d tv's

I spent lots of time shopping and looking into purchasing a Smart TV. I went to Best Buy with no intention of buying that day. The sales person was so helpful with the information I needed and after hearing what I wanted and my price range he directed me to the Samsung Tv. We are very happy with this product.

Excellent picture. Not easy to set up. There is an on the TV manual. You can also download the manual on-line as a .pdf file.

I'm very happy with my choice to replace my 37" Samsung with this 40" Samsung Smart UHD. I have alaws found Samsung to be of good quality and a crisp clean picture and this tv continues that trend. I use this TV in our rec. room so it does a lot of stuff: cable tv, dvd/vcr player, PS2, PS3, Karoke, and USB photo slieshows. My rating of 4 stars is more like 4 1/2 stars and would have been a perfect rating had the tv had one more composite or component connections. Overall I'm very please with my choice.

Love it. Love it. We get a good clear color picture and it is easy to operate. We feel it was a good purchase.
