I had an open box item. Setup was annoying because the directions/screws that were inside box didn't seem to match up. Also, the TV wasn't working at first and I tried to call Sony and they were useless and rude! They said my remote was messed up and needed a new one and had to pay. I told them I'd return the TV if that was the case. Fixed the issue myself and didn't have to throw away $50 for a new remote!

Excellent TV - vivid color

I especially appreciate the flexibility Samsung gives me to adjust the color settings to my liking. I purchased a second 40 Diag. Samsung set one week after I purchased the first one. I view both sets from under 3 feet away, and don't feel I am too close to the picture.

Excellent PC Monitor

Definitely would Recommend to anyone looking for a 4k PC monitor but needs the Larger screen size. Purchased ON Sale $699. Money well spent!

Great TV

It is normally connected to my cable box but if I need to, I can receive more than 30 stations over the air. The picture is great.

Said if goes on sale in 2 wks could get refund but no one told us we had to notify the store immediately to get refund so we didn't get the $70. E-mailed when got bill and waited for credit to show up on statement and when I finally called they said was too late plus we needed to contact store and not credit card division.
