The picture quality if fantastic. Looks like the actors are IN the TV. It all looks so real...the details are super clear. I really cannot think of something negative to say about this TV.

I love the Smart TV in my TV but feel like it's not as user friendly to learn all of its features "quickly" and navigate for optimal viewing. I am still learning and hope I will be able to unveil more features to maximize full usage. Hopefully all the "channels" available will be sufficient so I don't have to purchase Apple TV or Roku.

This TV has a great picture. I had my PS4 hooked up to a high def tv and when I hooked it up to this 4k set all my games felt like I was playing a new game. It made a huge difference in the graphics especially the shadows and lighting effects. The only complaint that I have or this TV would of definitely received 5 stars is in the sound. This is not a reason not to get this TV because everything else is great.

Having waited years to finally get an LED TV, I was awestruck with the 1080 I bought last year. This new 4k blows me away with the clarity.

I am very happy with my Samsung purchase & very happy with the service I received at Best Buy the salesman was very knowledgeable about the products. The insulation person (on the wall installed ) was excellent.

This tv was an amazing purchase. Definitely suggest it to anyone who wants a small 4K tv. Looks even better with a gaming console, the graphics are on point.

Great tv and got a great deal on it. Was easy to setup and has aloud me to get rid of my Roku for use at another location because of the direct internet access through the tv. Very happy with my purchase.

Haven't had time to actually go through all the bells and whistles but it's a nice TV- has a better picture than the LED it replaced . I like the fact that It was much easier to setup my wifi network than previous "Smart TV"

It works great with cable connection, but won't even connect to wifi. Besides that everything law is good. The software could be snappier like on my LG smart TV, but it's not bad.

Very bright picture and easy to hang on the wall. definitely recommend.
