Amazing TV. It has awesome smart functionality. The bezel is very attractive and looks great mounted. Overall Samsung did an awesome job with these models.

This was a replacement for our older TV that stopped working. I thought that buying the 4K smart TV was a great buy. When I brought this home we worked for 2 hours trying to get the Wi-Fi to connect and it would not we even went through the customer service at Samsung and still no connection. I had to return the TV and replace this one for another brand. The geek squad even tried to get it to connect and they could not.

The TV is great, however, there is a known problem with the Netflix app. I spent nearly six hours over a period of two weeks on the phone with Samsung (including a reset to Albania). They'd get it working and then it wouldn't. Finally they said they'd send a technician. For a new TV! Last ditch effort was YouTube. Fixed the problem in less than a minute. Ridiculous.

Love this tv. You can't beat the price for 40" 4k.

This is a great T.V. and very user friendly for me. I might be a little tech savvy but no expert. I was a little disappointed in the picture not being everything I thought it would be but I had high expectations.

Very happy with my new television. Only snag I have an internal antenna which doesn't seem to work.

This is a wonderful TV, it had all the features and functions with the latest technology. I would suggesthink this television to anyone..

Have been a fan of Samsung televisions for many years. This television has a the clearest picture so for, Sound is adequate for speaker location, set up was fast and simple, very satisfied with my purchase.

This tv looks very nice sitting in my cabinet at home. The design of it plus the display are A+++.

We purchased a 40" Samsung ultra high definition smart tv. It is absolutely everything we wanted.

I recently retired my 34" LG monitor with two of these TVs. Awesome display and so much real estate... I dont know what to do with it. LOL

Instillation was great by Nathan. He was from the geek squad and I could not have done it by myself. He took away 2 older heavy TV's.

Samsung is a trustworthy brand. 4k resolution is the next big thing. The size of TV is not very big, but perfect size for a small room.

Fabulous resolution, lots of cool features, screen mirroring, streaming, etc. We have several tv's and Samsung is one of our favorites.

This television is not going to blow your mind. That said the price reflects its performance. Some motion jitter and the picture quality are not very good. Again I would say it's unfair to exspect more from a TV in this price range. This TV is mounted in my bedroom and is used as a distraction before bed and it is more than sufficient in this capacity. I would not recommend this TV and the main source of entertainment and especially for a picky consumer.

We were dead set on buying a LG when the sales person recommended the Samsung (similar price) because the picture quality is so much better. We bought open box and got an even better price.

I was able to purchase this Samsung 4k TV at a Best Buy great price! Have it over one yr and completely satisfied!

Got it home would not connect to WiFi,took back store could not connect either gave me another told them to check it out the second one did not work either. Got money back left store with no TV. Samsung should stick to making phones.

Do not receive any channels under 17. Installed HD antenna and reception is worse. Clicks from station to stronger Spanish station mid-program.
