Basic tv with 2160 ppi and perfect size for medium size room. I am happy with this purchase. I got price matchwd with Costco price while it was on sale. Yay!

i tried vizio for value 4k. no pop. tried sony, beautiful, software dismal. Samsung had all 3 areas covered. i went and bought the 40" for the bedroom and added a 55 curved uhd 6500 for my living room. awesome tv now. thanks best buy. i bought open box items and saved a ton. got the 40" for 400 open box display with full warranty.

This is a great TV. My wife and I had previously purchased the 55 inch version and loved it so much we decided to purchase the same Samsung in the 40 inch. Great picture quality and overall viewing experience. I am completely sold on the Samsung brand now!

The stand is a little oddly shaped. But the colors and image are beautiful. The apps are a little slow, but the CMR can't be beat!

This is my 1st 4K product but my 3rd Samsung t.v. This new set is for our bedroom and the picture blows us away. Incredible features and very sleek too.

This tv is truly amazing! I use an HD antenna and it will create a TV guide from those channels just like cable or satellite guides, where you can page up and down! This tv's picture quality is so vivid and truly breathtaking! Love it!

The UN40JU6500FXZA reports 4gb of inner memory, yet the tech support team reports that it is actually 8gb. Despite the supposed automatic pilot updating command, it fails to do so and one is required to go online with either a win or mac system into a process that adds on to the already painstaking freezing display. On my first call to tech support I was instructed to reset the app hub. A resetting that affects nothing of its native OS. Not to mention the possibly defective hardware.

Got this TV on sale because it was an open box, was lucky to get such a nice TV for such a low price. TV does everything that you would expect it to do. Small problem with the MLB.TV App is why I took a star off.

Only had this Samsung FULL SMART 40" HD LED TV for less than a week and it's easy to use with intuitive picture settings and chock full of SMART HUB APPS plus access to the internet via browser. So many apps and perfect compatibility with my smartphone, wireless connection to other devices in home. There's movie dimming, with audio to match and motion smoothness great for action + sports. I have an older 55" Samsung LED TV and still able to have compatibility with both. Beautiful little package and good size for a large bedroom. Can't say enough. Great deal for a small price. Look forward to having this TV for a long time. Highly recommend this and Samsung brand.

Purchased this TV to replace an older set for my son's room. It has an excellent contrast, slim design and many features. the price was right in range on what I wanted to spend. I defintely recommend this model. i will probably buy a 50" unit for my family room next time i go shopping for a TV.

This tv is great excellent picture quality and colors.Nothing bad to say about this TV except wifi gets disconnected few times .

The TV has great picture but you can not program the remote to control anything else other than the TV. The user manual says to go to Universal remote setup but the option does not appear on this TV.

After installing this TV, I was unable to connect with my wireless network. I was on the phone with Samsung support for almost an hour and they were useless. Took this back and bought the Sony 43" UHD 4K which worked perfectly. Looks like Samsung may be returning to their garbage days of electronics.

This TV has amazing picture quality. I bought it with the samsung sounder as well; they go perfect together! Definitely a great buy; well worth the money.

First experience with 4K HD TV. Amazing quality and sound. The screen is so clear that it's like looking in a window at the shows. Bigger doesn't mean better. 40 in is plenty big for the clarity.

This Tv lasted me 6 years and on the 6 year mark half the picture went out. I wish there was a bit of longevity on these new TV's. Other than that is has been wonderful to me.

This TV has a very good picture, handles any kind of media without fail. I would purchase another TV like this without a second thought
