    Lousy customer service when tv went dead 60 days after I bought it. Store didn't even have a record as I didn't buy their geek service. Tlod me to call Samsung

  • Unfixable Problems With Sound

    This thing is a disappointing piece of garbage. Arbitrarily cuts out the sound, always at a critical moment in the dialog of your favorite shows. Had Geek Squad address it several times. Replaced part twice (on a brand new set) but still happens. Samsung phone support was no help either. Gave up and am just living with it. Hate this stupid thing and wish I had never bought it. Not at all what I expected from a Samsung product.
