Love the set, but salesperson at Best Buy when we gave measurments should have recommened the 50inch screen rather than the 40" which easily fit into our space however the 50 would have fit just as well==we were inexperienced and old and they did not explai anything and led us to believe the 40 inch was perfect, well so would have been the 50 inch and we would have purchased same thing only a little bigger==I woukld have stayed with same set for very pleased, just wish it were bigger. but we were not pleased with the salespersons at Best Buy==love the set

Picture so clear with UHD, that I have to remember it's NOT 3D! Love the Smart TV feature.

I had to switch my old TV for the newer version because it stopped working. I like the picture & the quality on some of the channels look great while others look good or okay. The HD channels look beautiful. I have not yet tried 4K regarding movies or TV shows. The smart apps work quite nicely. Netflix & Hulu Plus are my favorites which work great from my experience. Youtube looks really good too. The sensor for this TV appears to be sensitive when you try to turn on the TV & the loads times for the Smart apps vary. Overall, I would recommend this TV & the price is amazing. If you are looking for something with more features than trade up for 50 or 55 inch 3D Ultra 4K TV.

Tv has fantastic color and clarity. Blacks are deep and color vibrant. Smart hub is easy to use and it being 4k is just a bonus.

This television was easy to set uo and operate. Picture are very crisp and clear. I would highly recommend.

I love the size. The color is great. I only have two complaints: I have to turn on my Dish receiver on before TV to get sound and Smart does not have all the same apps as my other set.

I personally like the colors and picture of this tv. For the price it's a great bargain & everything is working well.

This tv makes everything look as if it's right there in the room with you. It is almost creepy when watching old Alfred Hitchcock episodes because the black and white pictures are so clear, it looks as if you could reach out and touch them.

Great picture, easy set up. For some of the apps a keyboard would be more useful than using the included remote. I purchased this for my bedrm at my mother's house for my visits there. Couldn't talk her into sizing up her 32 inch which you can't read anything in text on the screen without standing really close. This includes the TV guide function. Better to buy bigger.

Easy set up and operation although the cable tech had to plug in the cables to their proper receptacles as they are marked black on black, very small and hard to read. No diagram of their location or app was found in any of the brief instruction brochure. Packaging was very secure and no damage was found. The best lifelike images I have ever seen on a television. Even very old movies are way better than original quality. I am not a tv fan, but I like this one.

My husband and I purchased this Samsung Smart TV 4k Ultra HD and were very pleasantly surprised as to the picture quality as well as the features of the product. We are looking to purchase another like product within the next month or two. Samsung's pixel quality is quite superb and the clarity is amazing.

The picture is terrific and the size is what we needed. However, to my great dissapointment, we have not been able to get the internet connection working on this 'SMART" TV. We have contacted Samsung, and the cable provider also sent a service man to our home to see if he could get it working, to no avail. But, because we rely on the device for television, rather than internet, we choose to keep it for the time-being in the hope that we will sooner or later get the internet connected to it.

This was my first smart TV purchase. I was astounded by the quality of the picture in the store and when I brought it home. I like the ability to watch videos and movies via apps that come preloaded and the ability to search the web in a web browser. The only drawback is that to type anything into a search bar one has to only movie arrow keys and hit enter for each letter This can be a little time-consuming and annoying but with patience can be done.

It feels like we are part of the play on the ice or field! Images are crisp and realistic, color is great.

Easy to install. Menu easy to use. Great picture. The unit is easy to mount on the wall or add the stand.

This Samsung fit my needs perfectly! It is light weight so I was able to mount and hang it by myself. Picture is very nice

My review is limited because I do not have my T.V set up with cable or satellite. I only have it set up with Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube and the picture quality is perfect these programs. The only problem I really had with it is that the sound system is not all that great. I set up Pandora and I really had to crank up the volume to enjoy the house cleaning comfortably - I guess the sound bar would be a nice investment for this issue though ;)
