TV is ok but does have issues with playing movies via the hotspot.

Intermittent power issue - Cust Svc no help

Had to unplug tv. This continues to happen about once a week since (have had tv about 5 weeks). Software is up to date. Samsung CS no help at all.

Samsung tv's geek squad

The whole process from the beginning of the sale to the installment was awful. The tv had to be replaced sfter over two times. It took the geek squad three trips to program the two tv's. I did not need to have the tv.mounted just programmed.

Only Samsung product with problems

Geek Squad worked hard after the problems started and replaced the mother board/power supply 3 times before giving up on it. Since it was less than a year old had to go to Samsung for warranty. They were not cooperating at first but then they finally warranted it. Replaced it with another Series 7 like my other one and no problems,

Sound became garbled after 5 days. Tv was returned and a different brand purchased. Was replacing a 3.5 year old 40 inch Samsung that was getting blue blobs on screen.

A TV should last more than two years regardless of whether I purchased an extended warranty or not. Money wasted and I can no longer return the TV. Do not buy this TV
