    The visual quality of this led tv is good, but the functionality of the Samsung working system is awful and the most un-user friendly format of any electronic item I’ve ever used. The remote is also ridiculous as the main buttons in use are at the very bottom of the unit making it very awkward to use. I’m returning this tv as it causes more stress than it’s worth.

    Beautiful TV. I purchased this for my son for his PS5, I’m aware that it doesn’t utilize the 120hz but he doesnt mind. The games look beautiful on this TV and the gameplay is smooth no stutter. The only issue is the remote has a delayed button press it takes like 2-3 seconds for it to register.

    Very good! I should have purchased a larger screen. It wasn't affordable at that time, however it was worth it. The HD is excellent and the delivery was superb! My first Samsung Television, but I only wish their A20 cell phone was this exact. Good investment. Best Buy did not disappoint .

    Purchased this for my son who does a lot of gaming. An excellent, Crystal clear screen! It looks like you can reach up and touch the items on the screen. Incredibly clear! I think we will be purchasing one for our room! Definitely recommend!!

    I bought this tv for a spare bedroom two years ago. It’s barely been used and now the screen is completely black but the tv plays sound. Total garbag. DO NOT BUY

    The 43 inch 7 Series is a very good 4K UHD Smart television for the price point. Set up was extremely easy. Operation could be somewhat more user friendly and it would be helpful if Samsung provided more/better operation instructions. If I need another one, however, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another.

    Great value for the 4K screen quality and multitasking capability. Currently using it as a 43" computer monitor which is less costly than a PC monitor alone but dramatically increases the efficiency with multiple apps open at the same time.

    Nice TV but I just took it out of the box because I bought it for a home I was building and just settled on the house. The TV did not have a remote control with it. Very disappointed.

    You have to be extra careful handling this television. In the first one I bought, I cracked the screen hanging it so I purchased another. A very nice picture for the dining room.

    Love this TV! We mounted it on our bedroom wall to watch TV at night. Love the ease of use with built in Bluetooth. We have a Bluetooth audio recever and plug two sets of earbuds and don’t wake up the kids!

    Purchase to replace a smaller TV . Well this one seemed smaller on the wall compared to what I had taken down . This TV was much lighter than my old flat screen , so less stress in the mount Has to rerun this item and purchase a bigger one .

    Easy to set up. Good picture. Screen needed to be replaced after 90 days. Samsung came out and fixed it within 15 minutes by replacing the screen. Good support but bad quality if you need to replace the screen within 90 days of purchase

    This is my first 4K tv and I am very impressed with the detail in 4K video. Movies that I have seen in HD now look like new movies for the details now visible everywhere.

    This tv must be refurbished...my reason for this statement is due to the fact that when you turn the tv off it will turn itself right back on unless you put the remote underneath a pillow or something. Can someone please contact me about this matter. Warm regards

    Mouse replacement

    In trying to replace the battery in my mouse, I broke it. (not the engineering type). I found and ordered a new keyboard and mouse from Best Buy which arrived in 2 days. Got it married up with my laptop in no time and all is well. Easy Peasy

    The picture is fine. The interface is small and kinda lame. The remote control is overly complicated. It recognized the cable box on the first day but now it does not for some mystery reason. Plays Netflix and other streaming services fine.

      Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. Your thoughts regarding the remote design and interface is important to us and will be shared with our internal teams.

      Most cable and satellite boxes today can be connected with HDMI. If your cable box has component connections, the first thing you may want to do is contact your cable company and see if there is an upgraded box available. If not, you can still get up to a 1080p (Full HD) picture with component connections, but for many TVs you will need a component to HDMI adapter if the TV does not support component out of the box.

      1) Make sure the TV and cable or satellite box are turned off.
      2) Connect an HDMI cable to your cable or satellite box’s HDMI out port, which should be located on the back.
      3) Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to any of the empty HDMI ports on your Samsung TV.

      Now depending on your TV, a few different things may happen:
      Your TV may automatically recognize that you connected a cable or satellite box and not only switch to the source, but change the name of the source to the name of your cable box. You can now watch TV and control the cable box with your Samsung Smart TV remote.
      Note: This only works when using an HDMI connection.

      If nothing happens, you need to either press Source on your remote, or navigate to source using the on screen menu to change to the HDMI port that you connected your cable or
      satellite box to.

    Prior to buying this TV I had an old basic Vizio so I was really excited when I got this Samsung TV. The description of the product on Best Buy's website said things like "stunning 4K", "crystal clear colors", "crisp and vivid picture", "enjoy breathtaking 4K movies and TV shows at 4x the resolution of Full HD", I have yet to experience any of those for more than a few minutes at a time. 99% of the time this TV is EXTREMELY grainy and even blurry, there are issues with being able to watch Amazon shows from their beginning because there's no way to restart a show, in Hulu the enter button on the remote sometimes will not work, also in Hulu when a show starts it plays in fast forward and there's nothing I can do to stop it, often when I turn the TV on it opens up in Amazon, instead of the home screen like it should, and then it gives me an error saying that the content can't play please try later. I have talked to both Best Buy and Samsung and they are telling me the TV is blurry because I lived in a large apartment building and my network signal was getting tied up with all the others and that's why the image was not crisp. Well, I just moved into a very small apartment complex, 144 units vs 24 units, and I'm still having all the same problems. I am going to go as far as saying that I simply hate this TV. I do not understand how others are having such great success. Samsung customer service has been zero help. My only option is to put this TV out on the curb and go buy a different brand. VERY frustrating and disappointing. There is nothing stunning, vivid or breathtaking about this Samsung TV.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    I originally bought this tv because Samsung is the only brand with the HBO Mac streaming app. The app for the tv has become my favorite feature. This comes in handy when you can’t find your remote and you need to control your tv.

    Nice tv, it was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. I like the remote in this tv it has all the numbers instead of the newest version, also it works perfectly with the spectrum and iPhone app.
