    The TV came out.of the box and had a busted screen. Very very disappointed

      I am very sorry to see that your TV exhibited damage upon unboxing. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.

      We recommend you contact Best Buy directly for assistance in correcting this situation. We hope your issue is resolved in a timely manner.

    Garbage not a wireless tv I thought all TVs by now were wireless

      Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 TV. Please know the TU7000 is a Wi-Fi enabled TV. In order to connect your TV to your home’s Wi-Fi network, please go to: Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings. From there, you can connect to the available network.

    This tv is amazing. I moved 3 times, I left it in my car for 5 days in the summer heat, I then left it inside the moving truck for 6 days, and still work after all that. I had it upside down, on its back, and still works. I mean unbelievable this tv it’s amazing I give it 100 stars…..

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing issues with your TV not displaying properly. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

      1) Check the antenna and input cable connections

      2) Check the antenna and HDMI cable connections

      3) If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines

      4) Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

      5) Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

      6) If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

      7) If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal
      (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

    We have this tv out on our back porch....It doesnt have a glare on it like the last tv we put up. The picture is very clear and we dont have sny problems with watching from this on the outside of our house. So far the grandkids enjoy it more than we have..

    I have two 43's, and love the sound and picture. Streaming is a constant challenge, always something causing me to go into network settings to 'grab' a signal, though updated routinely. Can't stand the cheap remotes. Make them touch friendly!
