After returning the shattered 7 series of the same size delivered ny Best BuyI was told to find another one, the only similar tv on the floor was this which was the 8 series had to pay a but more on top of that. All that aside I love the product pretty good picture and I find many of the smart function very useful and easy to use. The remote could be better though.

It was an upgrade for me from 1080p to my first 4K TV the pictures excellent besides of the screen seems a lot bigger than 43 in it almost seems like it covers the whole wall ease-of-use is excellent as far as learning how to control the TV compatibility with my other electronics really simple to use. So far so good I have been pleased with almost every purchase I made from Best Buy

Smart TV features were easy very to setup and connected to my home WiFi without any issues. I have it connected to a sound bar via Bluetooth, so I can’t fairly give an evaluation of the audio. The picture is excellent. I am very pleased with the crisp, colorful picture. I always purchase Samsung TVs and have always been more than satisfied. This one is no different. Recommended.

This is my son's TV. He likes the quality of the picture and the ease of use to switch from one type of input to another. What he doesn't like is that he has to use Bluetooth headphones with it because it doesn't have a jack for his wired headphones. He's a gamer and also loves to watch movies, and he doesn't like to have to keep recharging his Bluetooth headphones. I suppose he'll eventually purchase an adapter so that he can use the wired headphones with this TV.

perfect size for the play room, looks and sounds great easy to hook up to the net

We purchased this TV for our outside poolside deck. The picture is very clear and setup was user friendly. Best part is that even though we don't have cable outside, we can use the smart features built into the TV to stream our favorite shows and movies without having to connect an additional piece of equipment. We purchased a watertight outside storage case/mount and it is perfect!

This tv looks and sounds great but does not deliver yet the advertised "smart" part. After two long visits with guys from the geek squad who tried to get it to recognize my network, Best Buy decided to bring me another tv and at that point, I hope things will work and I will be able to write a more precise review. Maybe it was just a glitch in the Samsung's line. We'll see.

Purchased this tv a couple months ago to put something mid sized into my bedroom, great choice going with the Samsung. With the Samsung plus and Apple TV being built in it works great for my family. I can mirror my phone to the tv when streaming videos or use the Samsung plus to watch tv, no need for cable with all the included channels

This TV is great for gaming, i also use it as a computer monitor.

So happy I upgraded to this Samsung TV. Crystal clear picture and easy to set up. Was hesitant at first to upgrade as my former Samsung TV was working fine, but due to its age (7 Years?) was not able to download new Apps, such as Disney plus and I finally got to watch “Hamilton” on a larger screen than my iPad. Great investment.

Overall good TV. This is my first 4k tv so it was a big upgrade. Colors and brightness are great. Also nice to have smart tv functions. My only complaint or issue is that sometimes the TV will not complete some of the voice commands. Like if I say “change to channel 1”, alexa will say “ok, changing to channel 1”, but it will not actually do it. This doesn’t always happen, but it does happen a lot.

First Smart TV, seems to be very good. I did have it installed by Geek Squad, Dymonde Lovejoy, who is excellent! She was very good, instructing me on all important features. Additionally, I bought an external antenna and she help me set it up. I bought the Terk brand, was able to get a signal but needed her assistance to load channels. I am able to get some local stations, if I got more, would of given the TV and antenna an excellent rating.
