    This is a great tv I own 2 43" and a 65" the same brand and series easy to set up love the features of the smart tv also love the channel guide with the shows listed for the stations I get with antenna. Would recommend it to my friends

    as always your salesperson was excellent!! I forgot his name but he is a keeper. Thanks for your continuing excellent service. Linda the tv is ok. i would have picked a more expensive tv but none were on display for picture quality. sorry

    Replaced a 40" model with this 43" model and it is still smaller of a television overall with great color depth thanks to HDR and 4K technology. Connected up an Xbox X to this TV and I am gaming with 4K and HDR. Shocking upgrade.

    Gentleman arrived on time and proceeded with installation. He was not expecting that it was an analog TV that he was supposed to take upstairs but put it aside until he could get some help to get it up stairs. I was happy with his work

    The picture is great, very clear. The biggest drawback is connecting to our wifi network since they don’t give enough space to enter our wifi password. I tried phone calls to Samsung and our provider and finally just gave up. Just can’t use it as a smart tv.

    I am very pleased with the helpfulness of your employees! I am not very computer savvy, and truly appreciate the Geek Squad and the inshore techies that always give me good advice... they are what has made Best buy my go to store.

    Chose Samsung because I have purchased Samsung before and was well pleased with the performance. This one has worked out real well for me and I am very happy. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new T V.

    So far, so good. Great resolution on every channel. Plus the game mode setting is perfect, due to it's automatic feature to turn it on and off. I will definitely recommend this television to anybody looking for a television set.

    I bought it to update from a previous TV model only 5 years old. I thought I was watching things as clearly as I could, for standard def. Boy was I wrong! I was amazed at how crisp even standard is compared to the old TV! It didn't have all the apps I wanted, but it has most of them, so thats good at least.

    The new 43 tv is not quite like my last purchase. The picture is not as vibrant as I expected. The remote and channel selection is not easy to navigate. Why would the placement of the cable services be so different from the other Samsung tv's?

      There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality for your viewing scenario.
      Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

    terrible compared to LG or Vizio

    Just can't understand the good reviews. Compared to my LGs or Vizio this thing is terrible - Bad contrast (muddy grays & blacks) - Poor color contrast ( can't believe it's supposed to be HDR) - 'stupid' not smart tv so the smart tv part is also terrible. when u turn on tv or pause an app for a couple minutes, it switches to the antenna/over air tv. who thought that was a good idea?! Apps/channels load slowly. no way to remap remote to apps you might actually use. Also, on menu you are forced to see advertisements for recommended apps on top of that there is no way to adjust backlight. so if you adjust brightness its remains between 90% &100% bright. This is a problem for some folks who want to dim tv at night to let partner sleep

    Very nice tv. Extremely user-friendly. Picture clarity very very good. Would definitely recommend this product to your family or friend member. Excellent customer service. Would definitely shop more at Best Buy.

    Remote is inadequate. No mute button. Limited amount of functions we are normally used too. Takes to long to connect to other blue tooth devices. I do not see the value of spending more money for this version, instead of a cheaper 43" model.

      I am sorry to see that you had trouble with the remote functions of your TU8000 TV.

    Purchased a Sylvania DVD player that was not working properly. The team at Best Buy allowed me to exchange it for a LG DVD player. I works great. The only negative is it doesn't have an HDMI hook up.

    The people and the product and the installers were all pleasant, professional, knew the product they were selling, which was carefully installed, and hooked up to work with cable! Can't get any better than "best" at Best Buy

    We usually get LG . Thought we would try this size Samsung. The setup was a little different but we managed. We were getting a dark picture and took some time to get the perfect picture. We are happy with this Samsung.

    This tv works very well, but the Tizen OS is missing various apps, and I defaulted to using a Roku Ultra with the TV as the software is much more responsive and has access to more services. I also have a 7 series Samsung TV, and this one is noticeably better in terms of the Tizen OS.

    This processes clicks for the samsung tv set up very quickly UHD at 120fps does drop frames alot but for 500 this is a no brainer for a gamer on a budget i have purchased 2 of these both awesome tvs
