I totally love my new tv. The set-up was easy and the picture clarity is amazing. The Best Buy representative was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I could not have been more pleased.

Great TV for the price! Nothing special about it just press power button to watch TV and when you are done watching just press the same button. It will make the picture on the screen disappear.

i have never had any probems with buying from best buy i have purchased tv and appliances and all kinds of playstation products there. i do wish that you could bring back the gaming card that saved me a lot of money on the games. keep up the good work. thanks

Love the tv Had Difficulty programming which was not the fault of the tv but owner inexperience with set up Geek Squad expertly and quickly handled for us We are very pleased

I needed a new tv for gaming and i picked the right one.. graphics are clean and i love how there’s a way to watch my favorite streaming apps without having to install on my PS5

In the world of log-ins, of course, samsung is no different. They require you create a samsung account and log-in to download many of the good apps. Relatively annoying, but otherwise great TV.

The salesman didn't know it had bluetooth. So he sold me a bluetooth transmitter. He didnt tell me that I had a limited time to return it so I got stuck with a store credit that I didn't want. ☹

Very pleased with this TV. I purchased this one to go into my bedroom and it is on the wall and just works out really well. The layout of the Samsung TV interface is really nice.

As always, Best Buy came through with a quality purchase and the best salesmanship and professionalism. I love shopping at Best Buy, where they really care about their customers.

We went in and found what we wanted quickly. The sales man was very help full. We know that if any problem arises that we can go directly to the store and get it resolved with out a hassle.

I have purchased two of these televisions this year on line. The information on your website was very helpful to me in making my decision and we received a great product for the Size Class.

Not a bad TV. I need to experiment with settings as some picture quality needs fine tuning. Fit and finish nice I added a sound bar but it doesn’t necessarily need one. I do believe my Spectrum cable connection may cause some response time issues.

STILL LEARNING TO USE WHAT APPEARS TO BE AN IMPROVEMENT OVER MY 7-YEAR-OLD SAMSUNG MODEL. HAPPY THAT I MADE THE UPDATE PURCHASE BASED UPON CHANGES SINCE EARLIER SMART TV PURCHASE!!!

Had to make three phone calls to learn how to operate the TV. The instructions were incomplete. Best Buy Tech. didn't know finally got in touch with a technician that did. Took me all day.

I think this TV has great quality and I can go on everything I want to go on, so I recommend that you buy this and enjoy.

Great TV great service! We actually had to exchange a damaged screen on a brand new TV and switched to this one. Everything about it was easy and the TV is awesome

We recently “cut the cord” and this tv had made the transition easier. With the streaming easy to do now, we are able to stream content we prefer instead of content selected by others.

Awesome Tv, We love all the features, the colors and quality of the screen. We have it connected to our cell phones so it is even easier to use. Nice product with a good price.
