For soem reason this TV did not have the peel-off screen protector when I opened the box - just a thin foam drape. This is my first UHD TV. The picture is great and the sound is adequate for my small space. I think the upscaling of FHD & HD is working fine as best I can tell. The reviews I read before buying were mixed about Tizen vs Webos for the LG. I find Tizen makes it hard to get where I want to go or to figure out where I am sometimes with the remote. Maybe I'm too much of a novice at this. It takes getting used to. The free phone/table app is not much help except for typing. Were it not for the pandemic, I would have previewed both OS's in-store before buying. For the same reason, I went with the 43 inch to fit into my car. I wish 55 inch would have fit. I may return or exchange this yet. I also see a lot of voice out of sync. I suspect that is just from internet streaming. Some channels are in good sync and some are way off. Cable is overkill for the amount of TV I watch. The Samsung free TV included is plenty for me for now. I think TV manufacturers can all do much much better on the user interface for 'smart' TV's.

I needed a second TV for our townhouse and after talking with a Best Buy rep for a few minutes, I purchased this one. This TV was very easy to set up and connect to our wi-fi. The picture and sound are good and it works perfect for my son's Xbox.

Wasn't looking to get a new TV, but when your TV dies during stay-at-home orders, it's not exactly desirable to go TV-less. Was able to pick this up quickly at our local Best Buy, set up was very easy, and the picture quality is great. Good value for the price.

This TV is very nice, price point was good. It is easy to use and the picture is clear and sharp. The young man who set it up was very good and he worked diligently making sure everything was right. I am very please with the TV.

Easy to setup. The remote is simple and easy to use. I use this monitor with my Amazon Firestick, Chrome cast and it makes a great second display for my laptop. Netflix and Amazon movies look fantastic on this monitor. I highly recommend this!

Bought this TV for our armoire in our bedroom. We don’t have a box in there. We just use this for Netflix and Amazon. It works great. Setup was super easy. A child could it. Took 5 minutes. Picture is great. We bought a small sound bar to go with it also.

Would definitely recommend this tv. The picture quality alone is worth the price. My only complaint is the Smart Remote that comes with it. Very difficult to use and directions are nonexistent. Needed to hit the Internet to find how to get it to work.

This is my first smart TV. I do not watch TV often. I am happy with the picture quality. Set up was easy. No problem connecting to Wi-Fi. Lots of pre-loaded apps, including netflix, amazon prime, youtube, hulu, and many more. I easily added google play app to the list. There are many free TV channels. I can browse the internet.

Setup was easy. Good picture. Don't like the remote. No buttons so simple things like setting input source is an effort, Have it working with Alexa. Alexa was a bit of a challenge. No documentation on command structure so you need to use trial and error. Same with figuring out smart TV capabilities.

I've got an 8 series that's 75 inches also, so I am familiar with the tv. Both offering fantastic pictures. High quality and very pleased with Samsung. Purchased over 7 series and 6 QLED and I am very satisfied with price and performance.

Once set up (which took me hours) - I admit I am not a tech pro by any means - the picture and sound are very good. However, the manual is very difficult to interpret and the remote is like none I have ever seen and operating it is very confusing. I gave it a good rating because I like the picture and the sound,

We tend to be a Samsung family, although we do have one Sony. Old TV in bedroom had failed. We needed something new that was pretty good and didn’t break the bank. We are very happy with this TV - great picture and at the right price!

This is a great TV at a very reasonable price. The picture is super clear. All our various peripherals were easy to hook up and then are beyond easy to switch to. The remote is a vast improvement over previous ones and very intuitive.

This Samsung tv great clear picture! east as pie to set up and get started. connections we a snap. it took Comcast longer to find the correct line... 45 minuets for them. I'm look to get another one , probably a 65 inch for my living room!

This tv has the clearest picture that I've ever seen. Several features that I enjoy, like to option to show photos of the family when I'm not watching the tv, like a screensaver. Overall, the price is a fair price and the tv is awesome.

We needed a new TV for an extra room. It was between the 43 in Samsung and a 50 in LG. After seeing the picture and reading reviews the Samsung was a winner. Gorgeous pic and very easy setup. Extremely reasonable price. Love it. No cons

Easy set up. Beautiful picture for the price. Apps are easy to navigate. I was worried about the remote after reading some reviews but I love it. So easy to use after a short learning curve. So far I’m very happy with this tv.

Crystal Clear images and effortless set up. I highly recommend this set for either a primary TV or as a supplemental TV in any room of the house and with the included Samsung TV there is no need to pay cable or dish. I bought two.
