It's a Samsung... What more can be said?? Great bang for the buck (amazing television for a very low price). Set up was very easy, as the tv found my phone really quick and seamlessly set up functions and control from the phone should I wish to use my phone as a controller that is. Excellent picture quality, snappy apps for the SMART feature. Delivery was faster than expected (arrived almost a week before the anticipated arrival date), and best of all, shipping from Best Buy was handled very professionally and expeditiously. I could not be more pleased with my purchase choice.

Great TV! Excellent viewing experience and access to smart TV options. Love that I am able to easily cast my phone to the TV and get a great picture.

TV has clear picture and was not bad to set up. Glad I bought this one. Fits great in area I wanted it for. Enjoying watching my favorite TV stations on antenna.

We replaced an older, smaller TV and are very happy with the Samsung. We have a small living room and this fits perfectly. The visual and the sound are excellent.

I am vastly pleased with the Samsung 43” 4K HD Smart TV and am equally so with the 2 HD cables I got for hooking up ancillary devices. Not a ‘techie,’ so opted for Geek Squad delivery and set-up and, as with all else, am vastly pleased that I did. The TV picture and sound is delightful. The B&W movies I love look particularly wonderful. Toby, the Geek Squad guy, installed the TV and all its devices (cable, internet, Blu-ray, Roku) quickly and efficiently. He explained things to me clearly. And he came properly ‘Covid-19’ equipped. He and I wore masks and used sanitizer as needed: all very comforting in these fraught times.

Really enjoy the picture quality and the ease of using the apps. Still haven't been able to spend the time to master the apps and all of capabilities of this TV yet though.

Great picture! The Smart TV is a great feature. The price was great when looking at all the options out there today. Plus, Best Buy has stood behind their products.

Had to return the TV because the picture had a approx 1 inch wide vertical section that was off in color. More noticeable with lighter blues, yellows and greens but was an issue. verified that it was on all of the sources so it was definitely a TV issue. Otherwise the picture was very good. The setup was straight forward but the insistence that it be connected to the internet to complete the set up was an irritation because it was popping up every time i turned the tv on until I finally connected it to our wifi. Also, not a fan of the minimalist remote and the startup guide hogging the screen when the unit powers up.

Probably one of the best purchases I ever made! Best Buy had the best price too. Everything was very much high-quality with a reasonable price.

Very happy with the TV. Clear picture and lightweight. Has all of the new Apps available. Easily viewable from many angles and decent speakers for a large room.

Bought it in a real bricks & mortar store. Buying experience was very pleasant -- good staff help. The store noise drowned out our test of the TV's sound, but we supplement with a sound system, anyway. We bought the extra Geek Squad 1-year assistance plan, pricey, but covers a lot. They set it up and explained the smart features. It's our first smart TV, so there's been a learning curve, but if you have some proficiency with navigating on a computer, you'll get used to it. It has a good, sharp picture. Good size for our room. All in all, we're pleased.

Good picture and easy to set up. I find the on screen menu a little confusing as I primarily use Fire. I am having a hard time finding the apps I am using other TVs.

Now I know there are better picture televisions out there, but for the cost this television is superb. Setup and controls are easy to use. Well designed both the hardware side and software.

I always buy Samsung TV's and this one performs great as usual. The picture is clear and the setup was very simple and the perfect size for the bedroom.

This Samsung Crystal UHD has a beautiful picture. It was easy to setup and operate. I recommend this TV. The price is right, and the product is great!

Love my TV. People and scenery look like they can step out of my TV Excellent clarity! Wish volume worked better. Volume number has to be real high for normal hearing.

This television was very easy to install, and is lightweight compared to our old thin profile tv. The picture is great, and the sound is also. We are very please with it.

Bought this tv when our 4 year old Insignia gave up the ghost. It was same price as the TV 4 years ago but 4k TV! super picture, easy to set up and works great.
