Brought TV home. Set it up. It won’t download Samsung’s Terms and Conditions and as such you can’t use any of the “smart” features. Plus there is an annoying banner across the screen warning me of all the great features I’m missing out on because they can’t manage to perform a simple process that they themselves require. Annoying doesn’t begin to express. Seriously, in this day and age of you sell a product that is internet dependent, you had better make sure it works almost all of the time. A quick search inline shows that this problem is pervasive across the Samsung line of TV’s currently being sold. So back to BB it will go and I will choose a Visio of which I own three. All of which have worked perfectly and seem superior to Samsung in every possible way. Funny, first time is years I give them a chance and they are now losing em as a customer forever. For what that’s worth. Junk.

Very good value... Excellent image and color. Easy to program. Size is just right for a bedroom or small study.

My money well spent on this smart TV. I had this TV now for a month now, I got this TV to upgrade my old Samsung TV I had for gaming purposes. I was going to use mainly for gaming but ended using it also for entertainment because of the all ready downloaded apps it can with and it runs smoothly. I was happy it comes with Samsung TV app can watch free tv shows. Graphics wise it deliver specially when I’m playing video games. The sound is great. Really recommend it.

This is a very nice television, and is as described. It is easy to set up and use, unlike some others that are confusing. The picture is clear and colors are brilliant. You must look for some of the adjustments, but they are available and enable you to adjust colors, brightness and contrast and try many different combinations to get to the settings that suit you best. The only thing that may hinder some is that the picture is not quite as brilliant and sharp when viewing up close from the sides, which most probably don't have to do, and definitely doesn't affect my viewing.

Only have had my new tv for a few weeks, but I love it! Easy set up, great picture, great sound. Highly recommend.

Easy to set up. Perfect mid size flat screen. Caught this on a sale and as my family loves Samsung tv’s jumped on it.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old 40” Samsung in our master bedroom. Some of the apps on our older Samsung no longer worked and some newer ones would not work with older model. This 4K has a great picture. We use Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu and PBS apps. All work with no issues. We have it connected to speakers in our ceiling. I also love the feature where I can mirror my iPhone or iPad to the tv. I’ve used it for Zoom conferences. No issues.
