Love this television. For the price it is a steal of a deal. Setup is virtually automatic.

This WiFi TV has quality picture and a simple remote that does all we need. Easy to set up too.

I bought this TV for my father who is getting close to 90 years old now. This TV of course has the superior Samsung quality for the display. But I was more than disappointed with the remote... It's like something from Star Trek. It only has a few buttons in this weird dial thing. And my dad he's not on star trek. He doesn't get tech stuff. And truthfully even I found it a little hard to really get used to this little thing. I almost took the television back until I just simply tried the old Samsung remote to the one that did the dust and fortunately that old Samsung remote did end up working on this brand new television. So my advice to anyone who is thinking about buying this TV think about possibly going on eBay and purchasing an old Samsung remote. Also if you use this for the digital antenna you might need to be prepared to lose some channels or get a separate digital tuner box that has better reception. We lost two channels that my dad used to watch. His old Samsung television pick them up just fine but this one does not. And those were channels that he did watch so that was sort of a big deal. The only thing preventing me from giving this review only two stars is that the quality of the display is quite excellent for the price.

We are very happy with this purchase for the family room. We have the 7000 series in the bedroom and after researching on YouTube made the decision to go with the 8000 series. The major differences are minimal, updated remote and more HDMI and other source options on back of TV. Easy to set up. Picture quality is great for the room size. We added a Bose soundbar for enhanced theatre sound. Perfect!

Overall this is a 4.5 out of 5 star review. Tv is good for the price and features. Low-mid tier tv with good features. For sons room to watch movies and play xbox. Tv is sharp, clear, and fast response. Games and movies look good. I have Sony 800 and 900 series TV at home to compare. For the price point it does a great job. No real complaints. We have a soundbar so no comment on audio for this set.

The color and detail is enhanced on DVD material such as James Bond from 1962 through 1970's when VHS was the standard. With the 4K scanning of these films the picture is clearer. Haven't compared with 4K player and currently using 1080 player with this unit. The sound is good with nice bass severely lacking in my older 27" Samsung television. Seems as those remote control keys are consolidated on newer units.

Love how easy it is to load streaming apps and the quality of the picture is great

Loved the 55” Samsung picture and ease of use so much tgst we got a 43” for the bedroom.

This is a good size for a smaller room or an office if you're not really far away from it. Good picture, pretty light if wall mounting.

Since the frames have gotten smaller on TV's since the last time we bought TV"s, we wanted to get new ones, affording us a bigger screen size. We keep our TV in a cabinet which we like to close when not watching TV, so our available space for a TV is limited. For two older adults who are not that tech savvy, it was fairly easy to set up and connect to cable, DVD player and Firestick (yes, we do still use all those!).

Love it. I’m so happy with this purchase. I’ve returned a different brand 40” TV after 8 days of using ( it has stopped working after 8 days) So I end up with this Samsung, 43” one. It has a lot more feature, like build in Bluetooth, Google. I could download HBOmax. a lot smoother sound. A lot faster. It’s even hard to compare. Very satisfied and true love with this TV. Thank you so much
