The TV looks brand new with all of the accessories. Once I calibrated the picture{thanks Google}, it's a tremendous upgrade over my previous set. 4K content is amazing and 1080p content looks tremendous versus the previous TV. I would have been happy to pay the MSRP and this was almost a steal at the open box price!

I have direct tv but I've barely used it since I can just use what is installed on the TV itself. My PS4 looks phenomenal on it.. one movie that tells how good my TVs are- the Matrix... holy cow, it's like it was made for the movie! It took me a little bit to get the hang of the menus like every other new thing and the remote, use a rubber glove to slide the back off.

Happy with my new TV

The picture is great. Sound is good/adequate. The only negative (minor) is that the remote is very small and easy to misplace or fall through the sofa cushions. The volume bar on the remote works differently than most, and took me a bit to get used to it without accidentally muting the TV instead of changing volume.

My daughter wanted a TV in her room, and now she’s able to watch Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, listen to music through Spotify, and more. Some free channels included. The start-up is quick, and the TV overall is relatively easy to navigate. Comes with a simple remote. There is also an app to download that acts as a remote if the remote itself is out of reach. Would recommend.

Quality TV with speakers that are actually good!

Who knew that we'd be glad that happened? This TV had all the connections we needed (wanted to plug in the old GameCube once in a while), The quality differences are worth the money over the entry level LG / Samsung models. The HUGE surprise was not needing to get a soundbar. These speakers actually sound good!
