Love love love my TV. I prefer Samsung products and Best Buy is my favorite place to buy electronics due to their willingness to help select the correct products and the price. I can’t have a large TV due to space constraints so this size is perfect.

Great picture, screen size just big enough. You must connect this to your Wi-Fi wireless or you will get a message each and every time TV is turned on. I had to call Samsung on the phone and to do a RESET of the software in the TV to get it to connect to my wireless. Samsung support was great considering I called during COVID.

Really great picture quality, sharp and clear. Great streaming capabilities as well, the built-in and available apps cover a ton of streaming options. Sound is ok, but better with a decent sound bar. Remote is also really nice, sleek and easy to use. Over all this is a really nice TV and a good value; though it's not the cheapest, it's worth it.

This TV replaces an older Samsung in our master bedroom. I didn't expect the 4k to make much difference since our video source is 1080i, but it does. All newer Samsung TVs are compatible with the Spectrum TV app (a free download, but you have to be a Spectrum customer) so no extra hardware is required for me to see my content.

I bought this to use in my son's room with his gaming set up. The picture quality, detail, motion rate etc. are amazing. I love the thin surrounding edge and style of the TV as well. In the past I stayed away from smart TV's but it doesn't seem like you can avoid it anymore. These features seem to work well and I think it will save our game counsel wear and tear.

This Samsung TV is Awesome very difficult to learn all the intersting program to learn without a Manual. I know tectonic are the way to go .But everyone is not going to pay someone to come and hookup your TV. We always need to think about the age of the customer.These 4K TV are great but the speak are bad. I brought a Samsung sound Bar

series8 $50 more than same size (43") series 7 and worth it on picture quality plus alexa software that allows this TV to provide alexa (or google) app convenience. For example, I have my Arlo security cameras linked to alexa and can ask alexa app on this TV to show me the video from any of my linked cameras. This is convenient since this TV is in the mst bedrm.

What's not to love? Great picture, functionality, quality. I've had this TV wall mounted in my outdoor bar for like 2 years. It's covered but open on the sides. I've used a cheap fabric all weather cover when not in use and I have had zero issues. It stays up all year round, even in the snow.

The picture quality is good, but the sound quality is not! Conversations are muffled to such a degree that I need subtitles. There doesn’t seem to be any sound adjustment features. While the remote control has a number of features, I personally find it cludgy- hard to use. I would prefer being able to control with my iPhone and my iPad. Disappointed.
