Very nice TV for the price. We installed it in our office/bedroom and I didn't think I needed another QLED, and this one looks great.

Picture looks different, appears to have depth at times, but overall good quality picture. Have been dealing with recurring service notification which is annoying. No instructions to clear issue.

Great picture and sound. Plenty of apps to download. Was even able to download Xfinity app so that I can watch cable without a cable box.

We are happy so far with this TV Looks great in our bedroom Kids watch you tube Picture real looks nice and overall we are pleased with purchase!

Great picture! The smart TV settings are a little strange. Need to have it set on a certain input to get it to stay connected to the internet. Otherwise it's fantastic. If you use a firestick, it's no problem.

We are happy with our purchase. Need to learn how to set more up but we’ll get it done sooner or later. Have no complaints at this time!

I moved into a new home and purchased two Samsung tv’s from Best Buy. Easy curbside pick up during Covid and bright clear picture and easy set up.

Picture is great! Better than I expected for this price range. The add on features are very good as well. Just a great TV for my office.

Bought this for the living room, so far so good! It’s a great little television set for sure. Own the 75” for the living room and I can’t complain

This tv has great color and performs well for gaming. Bright and makes great use of 40' screen. Only setback is not great wifi connection

Samsung 43 replaced our Samsung 30 for bedroom Picture and words very viewable. Little difficulty with Samsung remote but cable remote works fine

I am satisfied with this TV ..I would be the 55 but my room is so small ..so for small places this is good product .pics are great with 8 series ..

As the title of my review suggest i only buy samsung TVs. When i made my first major TV purchase in 2014. I bought a highend Sharp Aquos. I was not impressed. Features, speed picture quality left me underwhelmed. I returned and got my first samsung. This tv is great. Lots of built in apps with plenty of storage to download more. It also has about 50 free channels via Samsung TV Plus. Voice remote and you can do screen mirroring / sharing.

Great TV but this rating is more about how Best Buy salvaged a bad situation created by Crutchfield. I bought this same TV from Crutchfield and it arrived with a cracked screen. I needed this TV for the guests I was hosting for 2 weeks. Naturally, Crutchfield said this TV was now out of stock and wouldn't restock until the end of the month (September) when my guests would be gone. I got my money back from them. I ordered the same TV online from BB and ran up to the local store that day. I loved how well the Curbside Delivery worked.
